No complain about the room and service you get typical of European standard. The small intimate spa is nice after a day out walking. Lots of walking required to see Rome tourist spots. First time in spa was great, warm water however the next day water was cold and spa staff informed will be warm next time but it remained cold on our next visit. Upon checking out we were charged 10 euro per person per day for Rome city tax - that was 80 euros for 4 nights stay which I later checked in internet normally about 5 euros !

Definitely not a 5 star hotel. Furniture is worn and ripped, even in the lobby. Absolutely beautiful ceiling in the atrium, grand staircase, then your room is that of a 2 or, at best, 3 star. Many other much better hotels in Rome at a significantly reduced room rate. Literally the hardest bed we've ever had in a hotel, and gnats in the bathroom. I don't normally leave reviews, but the pictures they present of the rooms are so misleading, something needs to be said.

An absolutely beautiful hotel with wonderful staff and the accommodations were excellent. My friend had an issue with her room and it was dealt with within minutes of her commenting to the front desk. My room was perfect with plenty of storage and the bed was more than comfortable. Cleanliness was second to none. The staff were very friendly, helpful and more importantly, cheerful. Breakfast was a buffet style and more than plentiful to set you up for the day. We also had occasion to have dinner in the restaurant, where we were served by Vlad who was most helpful and welcoming. I would absolutely recommend any traveler to stay here.

Love this hotel! The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Maria was a warm and friendly concierge lady. The breakfasts were delicious, plentiful and most accommodating. Rooms were clean, althoug that high bath tub was a challenge! Haha! It's central location made touring easy! I'll go back again! Felt like a home , away from home!

Terrific hotel! The location is perfect- quiet and elegant. The front desk staff is amazing- attuned to the needs of travelers - recommending everything from the best restaurants to the best pharmacy. The concierges remember guests’ requests from day to day. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are immaculate. The breakfasts - and service are wonderful. Truly charming. Highly recommend!

My cousin and I stayed at the Grand Hotel Palace a second year in a row for four nights. The hotel is conveniently located on the Via Veneto. Every staff member is wonderful. They go over and beyond to make their guests stay perfect! Accommodations and food were top shelf! Special thanks to Ylenia, Maria, Manuel, Roberto, Kevin, Mirko, housekeeping, barmen, wait staff, bellmen , and maintenance . I hope I included everyone! We look forward to returning in the near future.

The hotel was clean, comfortable welcoming and walking distance. The hotel staff, especially front desk staff Kevin, was spectacularly helpful. One member of our trav group was feeling faint- we arrived in Rome at 0730- check in was not until 3. He found a small room for her to lay down while waiting. Then he worked diligently to get us into our rooms. I am grateful for Kevin’s help. He also helped arrange transportation and restaurant reservations. Thank you for an outstanding experience.

They gave us a free upgrade. We had a nice, large balcony. The room was clean. The hotel has a spa with a complimentary sauna. Great location and helpful lobby staff. The lobby is very pretty. You can walk to the Spanish steps and Trevi fountain from here.

my experiences at the Rome Grand Hotel Plaza on via del Corso, have been wonderful. Their front desk lady and personnel at large very professional and friendly. One lady, though, stands out in my mind Liliana Mauti ( I hope Im spelling her name correctly). an extremely gracious, warm, professional and SO polite and friendly. This hotel is a winner with such staff. sincerely Mrs. CLARITA GUSTAFSON from USA>

Lovely art-deco hotel with good facilities and clean modern rooms. Staff friendly and helpful. Food in restaurant very good with great attentive service. Nice bar area and lounge. Stunning but small outdoor terrace where we enjoyed breakfast each morning. Good value for money with central location on the Hop On Hop Off Bus Route.
