Second stay in this hotel and did not disappoint at all - rooms are super clean, beds are comfortable and the customer service is excellent. Breakfast is very very good. The location is one of the best in Rome - 5 minutes walk to Spanish steps. As I am a smoker I always need a room with balcony or terrace - for this hotel if you choose executive deluxe type - you are guaranteed the room with terrace - not like in other hotels where they always reply - yes, some rooms have balcony or terrace, but is always subject to availability. The only negative I could say, well, not really negative, but more of the need - I would strongly suggest to add coffee machines in the rooms as for early wakers like me - I always want to have a coffee when I wake up. Thanks and I am coming back soon
I stayed here for business for a few nights, just before lockdown happened! My room was clean and spacious! I loved the bathroom, especially the shower. I only used the restaurant for breakfast which was fast, tasty and efficient. All the staff I came across were helpful and friendly, and indeed, if back in Rome again one day I'd definitely go and stay again.
Though we couldn‘t enjoy a buffet for breakfast, we got all we wanted and had a wonderful and relaxing time during our 4 days trip to Rome. Special thanks to all of the helpful and friendly staff!!! Great experience
This hotel was our first stop during our honeymoon in Italy and they were great. They had prosecco and cake waiting for us in our room. The room was small but we learned most hotel rooms were small in Italy pretty much regardless of the price you pay for them. The room came with a very spacious balcony however which was great for breakfast or wine and cheese. The hotel is in a very nice and quiet street with other big hotels and is a short walk away from big attractions like the Trevi Fountain. Would definitely stay here again next time we are in Rome.
This hotel was part of a cruise extension package. It was not worth the time or the money (expensive), A whole day was wasted (50% of the stay) with check-in and no rooms availability. The room, when finally ready, did not meet the requirements requested. Another room had to be found and rearranged by maintenance and housekeeping. We waited forever in the restaurant and seating in the lobby is minimal. The front desk staff seemed overwhelmed and frankly rude to other guests. Breakfast was included (a nice buffet for the first morning), A cold sandwich and an apple were provided in a paper bag the next day for guests making the transfer to the airport. Uggh. That's not what I thought I was paying for. There are other lovely choices on Via Veneto if you plan to stay in this area. It is a convenient location to Borghese Gardens and the American Embassy is across the street, Harry's Bar just a short walk, nice shopping.…
