The location is walking distance to the Vatican(good 20 minutes) but bit far off from Spanish Steps and central areas of Rome. You might have better choice of location in Prati district, where the hotel is situated, which is a good choice. Breakfast: is good, although not superb.. The setting: lounge and garden is small in size but decent. Rooms: have some downside: air... More

Where do I begin......this place was disgusting and should be ashamed of themselves. I'll start with arriving at the hotel. We are in Rome for the last stop on our 12 day honeymoon. We get to the counter to check in and are greeted by an extremely rude Asian hotel reception clerk. He checked us in, but rolls his eyes... More

This hotel was very disappointed for us, very old hotel and not good maintence. The put us on the back of the hotel with only few rooms. Stairs on that area only, carpet on the stairs are old and smell very bad! The room was old and smelled mold! The walls are dirty! Nothing looking like on the pictures!! Be... More

Able to walk to shops easily. Clean hotel. Rooms are European size but my room had a full sized tub. Would definitely return due to walking location to restaurants and shopping. 14 euro cab ride to Pantheon and lots of shopping

Great hotel ... Except for the mold in Room 519! Beware. The hotel needs to address this immediately!! If this were taken care of, I would probably rate the hotel as a 4 or 5. Awesome breakfast. Lovely garden area. Ample seating in the bar with excellent drinks.

-The WiFi doesn't work!!! What a shame -The rooms are from 1960's, extremely outdated - Smells weird -The queen room is actually just two beds joined together, not one queen bed. When we arrived, they didn't even put one sheet on the bed, just two different beds joined together -Besides the mattresses were so uncomfortable -The comforter had a big... More

Booked for 2 nights for out 10th anniversary. Arrived to find the room was very small and dark so asked to be moved explaining it was a special occasion. Happily we were offered another room overlooking the front which was much better. Helpful staff, clean room and good breakfast buffet. Short walk from the metro and near the river. Lots... More

The hotel is little bit far from the main travel attractions, however with public transportation you can reach them all within single route. We have arrived to the hotel at 10AM (before the check in) as we didn't wanted to wait the check in, we have made our way to the city center. When returned to the hotel at the... More

Staying in Prati

Neighborhood Profile
Prati
Just steps away from the chaos of the center, Prati is the closest Rome gets to calm. Meticulously planned in a neat grid, quite unlike neighboring Borgo, Prati is a local favorite for its aesthetic organization and wide streets lined with a range of boutiques for every shopping fantasy. Nonnis pushing baby carriages and gossiping teens own every inch of the sidewalk, but that’s only during business hours. Once the sun sets, quirky sidestreet bars celebrate aperitivo hour, those evening cocktails that help wash away the tensions of Roman life.
