Very attractive hotel in a great location... Its location is within walking distance of all of the tourist attractions, the Trevi fountain, the colosseum, we did get a taxi to the Vatican City but were able to walk back taking in the sites and do a bit of shopping as we went... Breakfast was nice - was a bit worried about the basement location of the room but is was very bright and clean...

Room (401) was perfect, had booked this as it was my Husband’s 70th birthday and our 50th wedding anniversary which Citalia had noted on the Hotel reservation but nothing was done/said about those. We did receive a bottle of bubbly which came as a gift with the room plus there was a free mini bar... Room was nice, spacious and spotless as were all areas of the Hotel...

You have to take your clothes to one of two "ironing rooms" one on the 2nd floor, one on the 5th, which are storage closets, to iron your clothes... Only scrambled eggs , crispy bacon, sausage option , no poached or fried eggs baked beans , or mushrooms, tomatoes ...

We came here based on a recommendation and weren’t blown away at all... We arrived and checked into our room to find that the “double room” was in fact two single beds pushed together, both with separate duvets... Chinese water torture for the entire stay!... We probably wouldn’t return as I think we could find somewhere better for the price...

...Sink way to big for the bathroom and managed to bruise my knee as a result... Hard rock cafe is just around the corner, and only a 10/15 minute walk to Pantheon but other than that, it was not worth the stay...

The food and the drink is top quality!... We had a superior room and we had a triple room and both were perfect, cleaned every day, large TV, good shower, everything you need... The location is perfect, only a 10 min walk to Piazza di Spagna and maybe 5 min walk to Barberini...

...Very attractive hotel in a great location. My first trip to Rome and this was a lovely place to rest after many hours of walking... Its location is within walking distance of all of the tourist attractions, the Trevi fountain, the colosseum, we did get a taxi to the Vatican City but were able to walk back taking in the sites and do a bit of shopping as we went... Although the decor in the room was a little tired, the rooms was spacious, clean and the beds were very comfortable... Breakfast was nice - was a bit worried about the basement location of the room but is was very bright and clean... The terrace was lovely with views across the city... The staff were all lovely, friendly and so helpful...

...The breakfast bar's warm selections were quite limited and not always warm. Staff was helpful in holding our luggage after checkout on our departure day... Public areas worked well for our group to meet...

My husband and I wanted an authentic Italian wedding on an rooftop overlooking the city of Rome and Savoy hotel offered just that! The views were breathtaking at Sunset, the staff was incredibly helpful, and the food and decor were as authentic as they could get... The hotel is a beautiful option for anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay in Rome... The rooms were spacious and, both the 6th floor restaurant, and terrance offer great views of the city and its main landmarks, and the most beautiful sunset views in the city of Rome... 10/10 would recommend and will definitely be planning another stay at this beautiful hotel...

...The cleaning staff was great, helpful, but the front desk staff was unable to provide us with much information and they don't sell tickets for the bus lines, metro, tours or trains like other hotels we've stayed in around Europe... And not far downhill to the main attractions (Piazza Navona, Trevi fountain, Pantheon, etc) - just get a bus card for the return!... Lots of good restaurants in the neighborhood... The included breakfast had everything you might want...
