We had our wedding reception at Hotel Savoy and from the start of the process to the end was very easy and all of my emails were answered quickly. Diana and Aldo were both amazing as well as the rest of the staff in the hotel, nothing was too much to ask, and all of our guests had a wonderful time! The hotel is spotless and very authentic looking, and of course the roof terrace and the 6th floor terrace are absolutely beautiful, you can see everything from up there! The food and the drink is top quality! Again our guests loved the food! The hotel is very grand as you would expect. We had a superior room and we had a triple room and both were perfect, cleaned every day, large TV, good shower, everything you need. The location is perfect, only a 10 min walk to Piazza di Spagna and maybe 5 min walk to Barberini. If you are thinking about having your wedding reception here, just do it! You will not be disappointed! Diana, Aldo and the rest of the staff at Hotel Savoy, thank you so much and we look forward to seeing you again next year

This was our first time in Rome. Hotel Savoy was the perfect place for us. The room was beautiful and super clean. Location was perfect. Just a 30 minute walk to the Vatican. Just a short walk away from great restaurants and shops. Everyone was super nice. Hotel Savoy highly recommend!!!

Good clean hotel, quiet area. Staff polite and helpful, walking distance to lots of interesting things. Could have used a welcome information pack on the hotel. Not an email the day after arrival. No issues with the hotel in general the breakfast was good and the breakfast staff helpful, the bar staff didn't quite understand us and we are not very fluent in italian.

Very nice old style hotel with well presented common areas, roof top bar, rooms and bathrooms, breakfast areas. Drinks at roof top bar excellent with a very friendly and welcoming hostess. We had dinner one evening at the roof top restaurant - we found food quality and selection was average and not particularly memorable. No dedicated business area with privacy for business calls (computer and desk available but next to main corridor). Rooms, bedding, towels and daily servicing all excellent. The reception staff could have been more engaging and welcoming, albeit very professional and efficient they did not provide the “extra” friendliness factor that would have made the difference (need more female presence on reception). Good value for money hotel. Experience was generally good and we would return.

We stayed at the Savoy during our time in Rome. Their superior rooms were spacious and well appointed - ours even has a balcony we could step out on. The staff was helpful, the locations was great and we enjoyed the breakfasts as we planned how to spend our days.

The Savoy is in a perfect spot right on Via Venato and pretty much walking distance to most everything. Nice room and be far the most reasonably priced in the area. We have stayed at several other hotels directly across the street and while nice they were much more expensive.

We found this hotel to be in great condition and very comfortable. The staff were very kind and professional. We had two problems in Rome and the staff went above and beyond to help us and solve our problems when the problems were not even caused by the staff or the hotel. The roof bar serves good food, nice cocktails, great wine and what a view! And all at a very reasonable cost.

Short visit. Coming off a cruise and wanted to spend a day in Rome. Not nearly enough time to do everything we wanted. However, Rome is a charming city with a wealth of history and culture. Wish we had more time.

I was apprehensive after reading some reviews. However I should have taken them with a pinch of salt. I stayed here for a six night break. Check was a breeze - reception staff so friendly, helpful and couldn’t do enough to help. Room was ready at 1215. Room - yes small and compact - but you were only using it to sleep in. It was clean, comfortable and airy. Contrary to reviews WIFI good. Breakfast was buffet style - good choices and lovely and hot. The only down side was getting proper toast instead of warm bread. Only did one evening meal here. Hotel central to Borghese gardens and villa. 10-15 minute walk to the top of the Spanish steps. Taxi rank just across the road. Stop 7 for the HOHO buses a 5 minute (maximum) walk away. Would I stay here again? Yes
