The room was exceptionally small. Luckily we just had 2 carry on bags. View was bad, a wall. Service was very accommodating. Breakfast on the garden terrace was very enjoyable. Location was within walking distance to the main sights in Rome. It suited our needs overall. Price was reasonable.

The hotel is old, simple, and wonderful. It's close to most of the sites, you can walk to them all, we did! The staff was very nice and accommodating. I needed a hair dryer and they immediately provided one for me, as the dryer in the hotel room was taking too long to dry my very curly hair. I asked... More

Arrival and check-in was very quick and easy, the staff on reception were lovely and very helpful. Our room was very small but that was fine for us - it was also very quiet which we didn't expect as the hotel is on a main road. The location of the hotel is brilliant, within walking distance to the colosseum and... More

Chose this hotel for its central location, close to Termini station and within walking distance of most attractions. Room was clean, and had enough room for the two of us. Breakfast that was included was a little sparse and I guess if you slept later you would be out of luck for choices.

Lovely little hotel, 10 minutes from Termini station, and walkable to the Colosseum and just about everywhere. Staff were friendly and helpful, buffet breakfast was great - fantastic selection and plenty of it. Room was small, but comfortable and clean - also had wonderful air-con which is a life-saver in August. Get a terrace room if you can, great to... More

We stayed here on a recent vacation to Rome. The hotel is about a 15 minute walk from the train station. Rome can be a tad busy but we had no issues rolling our luggage down the sidewalk to find the hotel. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The room, although a bit small (it is Italy after... More

We spent three days in May in Borromeo. The hotel has excellent location: 10 minutes to walk to central train station, 10-15 minutes to Coliseum. Our room (301) was small but very clean. We also had private terrace across our room. The staff was very friendly and helpful. You can find a lot of restaurants around. We like "La Mela... More

We stayed here for 4 nights with our 1 year old son. We arrived a few hours before check-in time; the staff were kind enough to allow us to check in early. The hotel is in a fantastic location. Restaurants and bars are all around, and the Colosseum is a 10 minute walk away. In fact, we walked everywhere while... More

The hotel room is very small and I mean you can barely fit your luggage if you have two, so make sure you get the bigger room if you are two people and you have two suitcases! In general the quality of everything was very bad, e.g the shower head was broken even when we asked them to fix it!... More
