This is a good hotel with a lot of positives from our stay. It has an excellent location and we were able to walk to the spanish steps within fifteen minutes, it is also excellently located for the metro lines which we found the easiest way of getting round the city. We were met by a very friendly receptionist on...

The staff at the front desk and the at the breakfast room were all friendly and very helpful. Ruel made sure there was a great selection of food and talked to everyone to make sure they are satisfied. We had a Jr. Suite and it was a nice size, clean room with a comfortable bed. We faced the back, so...

We arrived at the hotel to be told that there was a problem with the water in the room. We were told that we would be moved to a different hotel which was 1 min away. The porter took our bags for the 10 min walk to the other (inferior) hotel. Not what we were expecting after a long journey....

Just returned from my first ever visit to Rome. Me and my girlfriend stayed here because it was recommended to us by a friend. And it didnt dissapoint, it is in a good location, we got the bus to Termini Station from the airport. The hotel is a 10-15 minute walk from the Termini. It is also approx 10-15 minutes...

Within it's class, this is a super hotel. The rooms are good sized, and well decorated, and the beds are certainly comfortable. The wifi is excellent, and the breakfast buffet varies more than some other hotels. There is a small lounge area off the entry lobby which offers water and tea as a nice touch. Truthfully, though, the staff is...

I stayed here with my boyfriend in February for a long weekend trip. The hotel itself is ranked as 4 star but I'd have to give this a 2-3 star rating for a few reasons: * Rock hard beds which are quite uncomfortable to sleep in. * No stairs in the hotel - just a rickety lift to share amongst...

The service was amazing. The staff all around the hotel were very accommodating and willing to help anyway they could. The actual room was nice and the one we were in had a view of a garden. It was very quiet and relaxing. The wifi speed dropped a couple times in the room but always came back after a few...
