Very clean and comfortable place. Very accessible by Metro. Only glitch was when someone forgot to shut the elevator door on hotel's 7th floor...so could not use it to get to 7th floor. Need to remind all guests about this.

We loved our stay at St. Johns Terrace, staff was very friendly, breakfast was simple but good. The room had it's private bathroom which was nice. Location worked perfect for us, it was close to metro, bus, and restaurants. If we ever come back to Rome we would definitely love to stay here again.

The room was clean but with little improvements to make, specially in the bathroom. The breakfast was ok, very simple but it was enough. The receptionist was very kind. It is located about...

Absolutely wonderful experience at this B&B. The staff went out of their way to assist us. The breakfast was good and the terrace is amazing. The metro station is less than 500m away and so is the best Gelateria in Rome!

I can only say positive things about our stay in St. John's Terrace. We stayed 3 nights here as part of a 3 week tour around Italy and can honestly say it was our favorite place to stay. As budget conscious travelers, we thought it was great value for money and the service was excellent. The room was beautifully presented...
