For our first trip to Rome we could not have asked for a better hotel to rest after the long days sightseeing its in a great location easy to find, clean and Mauro is a top tour guide! On his great advice we missed all the queues by finding alternative places to buy tickets so we walked straight into most...

It's close to Termini station and walking distance to all the attractions. I didn't have any problems finding the building. The staff were friendly and helpful. I had one of the renovated rooms and it was much bigger than you usually find in Europe. Rome is quite expensive and I thought my room was good value. The room was clean....

Had trouble finding the hotel from termini so we took a cab. The exercise up the stairs was indeed tiring with our heavy luggages but thanks to mauro who came to carry one up for us. Check in was smooth and mauro went all out to lay out the map and induct us to the city with his info and...

I booked the hotel based on the reviews on TA. I would have never known about this hotel without TA. My criteria was that it was close to the train station, good reviews on TA and hopefully under 150 Euros a night. Overall a good experience. The staff was friendly and happy to answer our questions. We were in low...

I felt disappointed staying in this hotel. After reading the reviews I thought it was going to be much better. The locatios is good, near the Termini Station, but not great. The building dates from the XV century, ok, but not charme at all. The reception only opens from 1 till 8 pm. The room was extremely small: no place...

Where do I start? It has to be with Mauro and Andrada who run the place. they are lovely. Listen to Mauro...listen to what he tells you about Rome because he lives it and knows it. The hotel is spotless, the location is excellent, and even the front door is full of character! Some people have said its hard to...

We were extremely pleased with De Monti Hotel. It may have been the best Hotel we stayed traveling around Europe for more than three weeks. It is very well located, within walking distance to all main attractions in Rome so we did not have to bother using public transportation means or taxis. We walked everywhere we wanted to go and...

This hotel is well placed in Rome, only 20 minutes walk from the Colosseum and the ancient city. We found it quite hard to find initially as the entrance is quite inconspicuous (take note of the photo on here of the brown door and be sure to take a map!) however the room was clean and modern with a good...

Myself and my husband recently spent 4 nights here on our first trip to Rome. It was a very pleasant and enjoyable stay and it was my birthday on one of those days and the owner ( Mauro) gave us a small bottle of Prosecco and a bunch of flowers in our room, which was a lovely touch. Mauro was...
