I stayed at the il corso hotel for about four days and three nights. I choose not to talk about the hotel itself but about the terrible service I received at this hotel. On the first day we stayed at the hotel there was suddenly a flood in the bathroom. I wrote to the hotel manager and he said they would come to fix it. After about an hour, they finally came to fix the problem and began to get upset and claimed we caused the problem and said we threw wet wipes to the toilet . We explained to them that we were not at all in the room and the plumbing problem was not our fault, and the plumbers in their insolence pointed to the wipes for our make-up and accused us of throwing them into the toilet, which of course was not true. The days passed and in our last day I sent a message to the manager that they did not put toilet paper in the room. He said he would come and put us in a paper. He also sent me disgusting pictures of dirty toilet paper from the toilet! And again claimed us for causing the plumbing issue, implying that I’m a liar! This is a hotel, does not it make sense that this malfunction might have been before us? I’m attaching the messages in the picture so that you can see his shocking and disgusting attitude. I was very upset and therefore my English accordingly. On the last day, we wanted to keep the bags in storage, and the receptionist said that it was impossible because the owner wanted us to leave the hotel. A self-respecting, high-ranking hotel in Booking.com acting like that to two young women guests in his “respectful “ hotel ?! I tried to talk to him without success. When we came to make a check out the representative asked us to pay 50 euros fine. What ?! Again the argument and again the anger. Luckily for us, and thanks to Booking , the agent called the customer service who told her they were not willing to charge us money .This is an terrible person and approach for clients and a hotel to be avoided as soon as you can ! And I wrote briefly!

Il Corso B&B has a very useful location. It is just few meters from Via del Corso, and Piazza del Popolo, a 5-min walk to Flamino Metro station, and a 10-min walk to a wonderful park Villa Borghese. A particular advantage of that place is the owners – Luca and his wife. They are

The room was comfortable and very clean. Very good breakfast, amazing location, you won't need any public transportation during your visit. Very nice and helpful staff. Value for money. Very quite although it is placed in the heart of Rome!

Hi, I stayed at this B&B in September and it was wonderful. There's no kettle in the room but it does include a mini fridge. You can ask Luca (the owner/manager) if there is a kettle to use - he may have one. The breakfast was great! You can either choose to have breakfast in the dining room or have it brought to your room every morning at a time of your choice, between 7am and 10am. Breakfast items include, pastries, yogurts, fresh fruits, eggs and meats, cheeses, toast and jams. You can also choose coffee, tea, cappuccino etc for drinks. The mini fridge has bottles of water and juice for a charge of 1 euro (you pay this cost upon checkout). I loved this property and I hope you do too!

dear Sir/Madam , it's Luca , there is a lot of way to arrive. the simpler way is to take taxi or our pickup service. in alternative you can take leondardo express until termini station and then take metro line a and leave at flaminio. from flaminio , just across piazza del popolo and take via della fontanella.
