This is the second time that we have used this amazing boutique hotel as our “hub” while traveling across Italy. It is ideally located - just a few minutes from Spanish Steps and Trevor Fountain, Convenient to walk to all designer stores during the day, and head back for some rest, before going out for dinner. The Michelin Star restaurant is amazing. But we found the rooftop bar and restaurant even more spectacular - great food, great views of at least 11 Duomos, and great service. Especially want to thank the staff for their “service with a smile” - Natalya and Jubair for all the arrangements. Alessio and Julio for the amazing drinks and food, and Ronaldo the bell man for his helpfulness. Thank You. We will be back.
We have been totally spoilt at this wonderful hotel. From the moment you arrive the genuine welcome makes you feel like you are home. The room was very comfortable and so clean, the carpet still had the vacuum marks showing! The rooftop restaurant and bar, where we enjoyed breakfast, drinks and dinner afforded us a fabulous view of Rome. The central location made all the sights walkable and the concierge made us 3 excellent restaurant recommendations ranging from local pasta to fine dining. Highly recommend this hotel, hopefully we will return very soon.
We stayed here 2 times. The first was for 5 days , they upgraded our room at no extra charge. The front desk personal were the best, professional and really helpful when it came to recommendations they were 5 star. The Aqualino lounge on the rooftop was great as well. When ever we are in Rome this is our go to.
We stayed for three nights and had an incredible stay at First Roma Arte. To start, we were upgraded on arrival to a beautiful suite. Claudia, at reception, was so helpful and picked great restaurants for us to try. She made reservations in advance for us, which was quite helpful. Breakfast on the 6th floor Terrance was spectacular and so were the views. I highly recommend this place as it is conveniently located to all of the attractions. Can’t wait to return! The Smiths
I own a hotel in the UK, and was recommended this place for my first visit to Rome. It was excellent, hospitality is everything and the staff here are excellent - Claudia and Julius particularly. Everyone was so professional and friendly, apologies I didn't get everyone's name! Look forward to staying again when next in Rome.
I would thank the resption person it caled jabiar he a nice person and he like to help everyone one and I recommend this hotel and chat with jabair he have alot of information in rome and give me alot of advice on rome and place to do
Great hotel perfect location and wonderful helpful friendly people .. they really made sure to make our stay the best convenient exquisite as possible I would like to thank especially Jubair and moein ... they are the BEST I will surly come back to this hotel 💚🤍❤
100 Euros for 2 Vodka Lemon! Ridiculous! In no club, bar or wherever in the world are you paying €100 for 2 Vodka (4cl Grey Goose) with soda and lemon! Not even showed us the menu, very poor service! Not recommened!
We had a wonderful stay at the First Roma Arte. We were there for 5 nights, and the hotel staff was so wonderful and hospitable without exception. I'm so sorry for what all of Italy is going through right now with the Corona virus outbreak, but I believe and hope that the nation will recover in short time.
Having been to Rome on several occasions, I chose this hotel mainly because it is modern and it is close to a Metro station. i have hired cars, gotten taxis from the airport in the past but the train has ended up being the quickest way to get into the City and start a break or work. From the moment we arrived to the moment that we left, the staff couldn't do enough for you. They were all very helpful and friendly and the hotel was spotless. The only downside from my personal point of view being that there was a shower in our room not a bath and there weren't any bottles of water even if you had to pay, it would be a nice touch. The breakfast is served in the roof top bar and honestly, it is too much! The amount of food is crazy. Don't get me wrong it is beautifully presented and served but it really is too much for breakfast. I won't spoil it for you as there is a little surprise on the pastry plate that is a typical traditional Roman cake. For anyone on a diet, forget it, as the food is really good! The bathroom was spotless and the toiletries are all 'Acqua di Parma,' and was clean. The room itself was spotless and reception help you with any queries that you may have. If it is a special occasion then they can organise you a cake and anything else if you let them know in advance and it is all very nicely done. I would stay here again, as it was modern, fresh and attentive to guests needs. I would also recommend having an Aperitivo in the roof top bar as they do cocktails based on Dante's Divine Comedy, and some not all of the cocktails taste nice, so choose wisely. We didn't go to the hotel restaurant as we chose to go to a different Michelin starred restaurant instead and ran out of evenings but next time i will definitely have a meal there.…
