Great location off a side street in Rome near the center shopping area. Very easy access to Spanish steps and shopping and great food! Best rooftop bar setting! Can see the entire beautiful city of Rome ! The food and drink service downstairs was closed the nights we were there but upstairs was perfect for us!

. The foyer is very cold and tired looking. The cow art with phones hanging off it was interesting. Our room was on the 4th floor and we had the Jaccuzzi Suite. Walking in to the room we saw carpet was stain, old and looked dirty. I read a review back in 2019. That said the same that the carpet appeared worn. The bell man stated let me show you the best part and took us up the stairs and show us the Jacuzzi, The walls on the patio were cracked the jacuzzi paneling was worn and falling apart. Then we were told if we wanted to use the jaccuzi we would have to pay 100 Euros??? The layout of the room was so bad. The windows were high up so room even felt more confining. After the bellman left we emailed our Travel Agent to let him know we needed to find another hotel. This was not a 5 star Hotel. Due to time change we could not get to him. In the hallway to the elevator it smelled like bleach. Because i thought we would be leaving and going to another hotel we did not feel the need to complain to management or ask to get us in other room. The shower floor had 3 large tiles with space between them and the middle one was loose so it felt like you were wobbling back and forth when you showered. Could be very dangerous. I did tell the lady down at the front desk. She just nodded and she sorry, Did not write down any notes or anything. Them we got a note telling us that there was going to be a wedding reception at the Roof Top Bar and that management was sorry for the inconvenience and please go enjoy the downstairs bar. So we decided to try that. We went at 6;30 and were ignored and we were the only ones in there. My husband went to the bar and ordered me a Cosmo and he order Vodka and Tonic. We got no appetizers. My husband went to ask if we could get some and they later brought us a few pistachio nut in the shells and a tiny bowl of olives. Our billed came and it was over 50 euros. The bar area was not warm. We sat and looked at a huge old dried arrangement. We left after our drink dissappointed. Not a 5 star treatment. Positive. The staff was friendly. They helped with getting dinner reservations.Enjoyed the breakfast. Enjoyed the that is was close to many things. Got use to walking down the alley but with the flickering lights and the motorcycle parking. I did not feel completely safe doing so. I would not recommend this hotel as it is not up to a 5 star rating.

These are huge rooms, especially if you get a suite. The location is great, about 100 steps from the Piazza de Poppolo. The staff could not have been nicer and more helpful. Breakfast on the roof was quite good and very beautiful. One downside is the rooftop bar is VERY crowded with outside guests but when we were not able to get seats, the hotel opened a closed bar off the lobby and provided drinks and snack. GREAT service and so appreciated. Highly recommend this property.

A first class hotel in an excellent location offering first class service. We had a suite upgrade for our Golden Wedding anniversary and the hotel looked after us extremely well. The rooftop terrace is a beautiful gem. Any issues were dealt with discretely, efficiently and effectively. The fragrance as you enter the hotel is so alluring you will never forget it. You will not be disappointed.

Although the location is wonderful and the staff were friendly I would not go back to this hotel. Rooms although beautifully furnished and very clean were tiny. Certainly not enough room for us to comfortably enjoy a glass of wine with our 2 friends after an afternoon with our friends. The morning coffee that we had arranged to be delivered up to our room ( we had a very early flight and really needed coffee) arrived ice cold and not covered. The bagged breakfast that we were promised to take with us to the airport ( we were departing prior to their opening their complimentary breakfast bar was actually never given to us. This may be a 5 star location but I would never rate it as a 5 star hotel.

What a cool hotel! We stayed in an Arte Suite and our girls stayed in a junior suite. Beautiful rooms, super centrally located. Don’t miss the rooftop bar with such a cool view of Rome and great cocktails. Thats also where they serve an amazing breakfast. We’ll be back “when in Rome”.

This hotel is fantastic, just excels across the board. Location is great, service was always outstanding, beautiful terrace, wonderful restaurant... all in all a fantastic experience and a great find in Rome. Just one thing. We stayed there twice, before and after our cruise, and both times the street lights were flickering non stop, which was quite unnerving. It is of course not related to the hotel but perhaps they should try to get it fixed.

This is the second time that we have used this amazing boutique hotel as our “hub” while traveling across Italy. It is ideally located - just a few minutes from Spanish Steps and Trevor Fountain, Convenient to walk to all designer stores during the day, and head back for some rest, before going out for dinner. The Michelin Star restaurant is amazing. But we found the rooftop bar and restaurant even more spectacular - great food, great views of at least 11 Duomos, and great service. Especially want to thank the staff for their “service with a smile” - Natalya and Jubair for all the arrangements. Alessio and Julio for the amazing drinks and food, and Ronaldo the bell man for his helpfulness. Thank You. We will be back.

We have been totally spoilt at this wonderful hotel. From the moment you arrive the genuine welcome makes you feel like you are home. The room was very comfortable and so clean, the carpet still had the vacuum marks showing! The rooftop restaurant and bar, where we enjoyed breakfast, drinks and dinner afforded us a fabulous view of Rome. The central location made all the sights walkable and the concierge made us 3 excellent restaurant recommendations ranging from local pasta to fine dining. Highly recommend this hotel, hopefully we will return very soon.

We stayed here 2 times. The first was for 5 days , they upgraded our room at no extra charge. The front desk personal were the best, professional and really helpful when it came to recommendations they were 5 star. The Aqualino lounge on the rooftop was great as well. When ever we are in Rome this is our go to.
