We truly enjoyed our stay at the Hotel. Everything was perfect: the room, the service, the food. The suite was very comfortable. Beautiful furnishings. We had a complete kitchenette as well as a walk in closet. The host was very friendly and helpful. Will book this hotel in a heartbeat on our next visit to Roma.

We went there with my inlaws during my husband's birthday and the stay was just wonderful. The BnB is at a very quiet place , a tad bit away fro the city centre but that strikes u only the first time . once u know the bus n tram routes , the journey is no hassle . Italian buses run... More

Lovely B&B in a quiet spot, carefully looked after in every single detail. Very suitable for couples. Staff are very kind and really make you feel at home. The furniture and all of the objects are chosen with very good taste. Do your own moka coffee as many times as you like and you find your breakfast table ready in... More

My Canadian friend and I (Australian) found 'Bed & Breakfast 30' just perfect. Evan met us at the airport and all went smoothly from then on. The apartment was much larger than expected, beautifully decorated, in a quiet location and very clean. Trips to Rome's attractions were mostly by a short bus and tram ride taking 10 to 15 minutes.... More

This is an amazing experience. I have travelled Europe much and this is the best I've come across. The place is very tastefully done out and spotlessly clean. The owner Evan goes the extra mile to make your stay enjoyable. I cannot imagine how it could be better. Well done.

A great place to stay when you're in Rome. The facilities are one apartment with two rooms (one with ensuite bathroom), and a common kitchen/breakfast room. Spotless and very nicely appointed the owner, Evan, is eager to make your stay as comfortable and convenient as possible. Ideal for one or two couples, or cozy friends. There is WiFi and the... The accommodation is outside the main centre of Rome, which will only suit those that are willing to catch the bus/tram in. However it means you can escape the crowds and noise. The room was beautiful and always clean. Evan was very kind and helped us when we had questions. Breakfast was delicilous and always ready when we woke up.... More

There is no doubt the B&B is breathtaking when you walk in the front door as it is awash with 30s style and elegance. I stayed in the Marlene Dietrich room with the ensuite bathroom and this room exudes rich charm; however, it is not at all stuffy or unapproachable. And as for the host, Evan is relaxed and approachable.... More

The apartment is very cozy, the interior and furniture are designed with love in style of thirties years. Everything is new. There are just two guest rooms so it is silent. Breakfast is tasty. The owner Evan was very kind to pick us up from the airport, supply us with maps, travel tips and information about the cafes about. It's... More
