Coliseum rooms was a quiet place near a metro station and gave us great access to Rome. The rooms and bathroom were clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast is at a cafe down the street and very good! Overall I would stay again and recommend to others

The rooms were clean and centrally located. Ok for the price we paid. Mama Roma made us feel so welcome and informed us on all the tips and tricks of Rome. Even taking us out to experience her favourite restaurant one night. Only downside would be having to wait on the door step for an hour because the buzzer was...

I stayed here for 3 nights for visit of Roma. It's located in a fantastic location. Supermarket 5 minutes walk, Colloseum 10 minutes walk, plenty of restaurants nearby and metro is only a few 100ft away. Highly would recommend here if you're looking for something simple, nice and clean.

The landlady and the receptionist were very kind, the room and bathrooms were very clean and comfy. Everything was amazing. It is very near the subway station. Very safe as well. the downside was the wifi, because it didn't work at all in our bedroom.

Great location, a metro stop close by and only few stops from central station. Walk distance to coliseum. The staff very friendly and informative, definitely use their recommendations. Would stay here again.

The apartments were in an absolutely ideal location, just around the corner from the Coliseum and Roman forum. The only downside was it was quite small for 4 people sharing and self-catering facilities weren't great! Other than that had a fabulous stay!.

Well worth a visit. We went in the morning at 830am and lined up at the roman forum to get the ticket (approx 250m away from the coliseum entrance and not many people queuing) only waited 5 mins to get ticket and then walked straight into the coliseum.

This is a very clean and tidy B&B, but what really makes it stand out from other B&Bs and hostels I've stayed in is the owner - Gianluca was so helpful and pointed out everywhere on the map that we should visit (visit the orange garden, bit of a hike up but amazing views at the top!) One of the...

Very clean spacious room. Close to the metro and walking distance to many major attractions. Great value for money. Greeted on arrival and were given a map and told where to go. Breakfast very basic from a little cafe across the road. I would definately stay here again if I was in Rome.

Me and my wife stayed at this B&B between Monday, April 21st 2014 and Thursday, April 24th 2014. The hotel rooms are big and also comfortables. The Coliseum and the Manzoni Subway Station are very close. The central station is Roma Termini (far away from this B&B), but the Coliseum Rooms location is excelent, near to Roma main atractions. Staying in Esquilino

Neighborhood Profile
Esquilino
Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only way to describe the Esquilino neighborhood. The Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s famous seven hills. From an ancient neighborhood to its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub, Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up basketball games. Look around you: this area isn’t like the historic center. Liberty architecture, large piazzas, and long boulevards mix with archaic arches, secret side alleys, and beautiful churches like Santa Maria Maggiore.

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Here is a brand new Rome B&B with great success!!!!!!There are only 4 bedrooms in the B&B, which share two large bathrooms. All rooms are private, very spacious, bright and clean. The B&B has been recently renovated, revamping the interior design of each room to a modern style. The location is amazing!!! It's just an easy 10 minute walk from the Colosseum and the city centre. The closest subway station is not even 1 block away and there are many local buses heading downtown. The main train station Termini is just two stops away (10 minutes walking). The neighborhood itself is nice and safe, there are loads of good restaurants, supermarkets, Italian deli shops and laundries. You'll have everything you need to feel local and at home. The staff speak english, french and spanish fluently and they'll show you the best places to go and eat while in Rome. Included in the price is wi-fi internet, clean towels and the typical italian breakfast at the cafè nearby. Why choose my B&B? Because it's nice, quiet but centrally located. It suits all types of travellers; whether you're a lone backpacker, a couple or a group of friends. It will exceed all your highest expectations! The staff are friendly and passionate about their city and will put the time in to make your experience in Rome one never to forget!I look forward to seeing you soon in Rome!Gianluca Fragassi ... more   less
