Was on a group tour and this happened to be for first stop for 2 nights. The room was decent except the missing kettle and the lift which can only takes 2 adults with 2 luggages. I had a room switch on the second night. The first room was near the road and the sound of passing by cars can...

Arrive with tour group at night and when we enter room, the room looks renovated and these are our thoughts of the hotel rooms ; (1) heater is working well! (2) hot water comes out really fast! Water pressure is good! (3) overall cleanliness of room is alright though abit of rust and stains found around but it doesn't affect...

My sister and I travelled to Italy this November and had an awful experience at this hotel. It began at check in with the less than pleasant front desk staff. After finally getting through that process, we arrived at a stifling and filthy room about the size of a walk in closet. The bathroom had unspeakable stains, there was hair...

The location is not good. You need to take taxi/bus to go around. Lucky, we were on a group tour. There was a tour bus to accommodate. The passenger lift is ridiculously small and SLOW!!! So many guests stay here. We ended up using stairs to bring luggages to our rooms!

Happen had chance to stay in this holiday for 2 nights in group tour. Nothing much nearby this hotel except a small pharmacy on the right. Hotel lobby and overall condition still clean and satisfied. WiFi coverage was strong at whole hotel area including room and lobby. Lift was pretty small and only could occupied by 3 person perhaps if...

Stayed in this hotel with our group tour members, since this hotel seems to be a popular choice among tour provider. Hotel location was a little bit secluded, far from the city but not really far from Vatican. The area was quiet and not many shops or attractions nearby. Hotel room was a bit small for Holiday Inn standard, but...

Security: On our first night checking in with our Tour Director, her Backpack was stolen right at the premise. No Security Personnel observed. Elevator service: Very small. Accommodates 3-4 people depending on weights of the people. The hotel caters for group tours, so when the group arrives with their carry on luggages, elevator services are so overwhelmed that you fall...

Hotel was further from centre than we realised, but shuttle bus (2€ each way) was fairly quick depending on Rome traffic. Limited seat availability, but knowing that was the case we had a backup plan! Local bus service. This was good if slow and we used that mode of transport several times. Hotel itself was ok. Our room had three...

I was with a group attending Maker Faire in Fiero convention center. We spent the evenings in the cafe downstairs eating pizza, drinking wine, and talking. It was good. The room was good sized and there was a minibar. The downside is the location, which is not easy to get to from the airport. The upside is that they offer...

We stayed here in Nov 2015, even though it was a Holiday Inn and the stay should have been great but it wasn't. We had problems with the room which was given to us initially, the toilet had a very nasty smell and we requested for it to be changed and our request was obliged. However, the new room had...
