Great hotel, staff were very friendly and room was lovely, slightly small but has everything you need (shower was fantastic). Breakfast was usual contential breakfast, quite tasty. Great location with lovely restaurants in the neighbourhood and transport close by. Short walk to Trevi fountain, Spanish steps etc. Would definitely go back

Was there during New Year vacation with a family. Good location among a bunch of high rated hotels like Majestic, Westin Excelsior and many others. Comparatively small, but clean rooms. Helpful staff. Worst memory was a clean up team provided with a very loud walky-talky which they don't hesitate to use starting 7-30 am. And you became a real third...

We stayed here for 3 nights. The staff was great. They offered great information. The wifi in the hotel worked great. The breakfast was very good, with lots of different options. The hotel is in a great location, right next to the metro, Spanish stairs and Trevi Fountain...

Stayed here for 3 nights to do some sightseeing in Rome. Location is great just metres away from the metro stop, from which everything is accessible. Although the rooms are quite small they are well decorated and the shower is fantastic. Found staff to be EXTREMELY unhelpful and made me feel intimidated when I walked by. Apart from that I...

Good room, great service, great location, and great value. The staff were really helpful with anything we asked for. Might not be a full cooked breakfast, but it is Rome not England, and the spread was extensive. Thanks loads

Room was tiny - size of a New York City Studio. Breakfast was cold spread of meat, cheeses and pastries. Wished for a hot breakfast life eggs and bacon. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was great. Can walk everywhere and close to metro.

Upon arrival at the hotel you'll notice a flight of stairs to the lobby without a bell boy waiting, but on the right side of the door way take notice of the bell. Ring it and someone will help with your bags. Do not try and carry your luggage(s) up like we did. Joseph greeted us and assisted swiftly to...

I have been a customer since 2008 with an average of 2-3 trips per year. I have always been very well received, the service is being improved as well as the accommodations. The Alexandra Hotel is an extension of my home, enjoying an extraordinarily privileged geographical position and excellent value for money and a perfect service! I always enjoy staying...

Staying in Ludovisi / Via Veneto

Neighborhood Profile
Ludovisi / Via Veneto
Thanks to Fellini and La Dolce Vita, the Ludovisi and Via Veneto neighborhood earned its reputation as a posh area where gorgeous Marcellos wooed actresses and models while bored housewives hung out in streetside cafes. The cafes are still there, and so are the cocktails, but the neighborhood is now home to five-star businesses including hotels, banks, law firms, and embassies. The area is also right next to Villa Borghese, a beautiful park for sporting and cultural adventures. If you're looking for tranquility by night, this may be the place: Ludovisi and Veneto tend to shut down after 8pm.
