A fair and avarage old hotel with an ok standard, but a little disappointed with the breakfast. Beware, that it is located 100 m from the city wall, which makes the cab drivers want to charge you more from the airport. Tell them you will go for the UK embasy which is just inside the city wall and therefore much... More

Just got back from a week long stay at the Turner hotel in Rome with my girlfriend. We picked the hotel as a recommendation from Thomas Cook. The location is probably the biggest selling point for the hotel. The closest metro stop to the hotel is Castro pretorio, from there you can go to Termini and from there you can... More

Just back from room absolutely beautiful city, hotel Turner was average, when we first arrived we were shown to are room, it was very small and had a view of a very run down yard, they let us change and we got a bigger room for 25 euro a night extra, breakfast was really poor, we had one the first... Stayed for 2 nights as part of a wowcher deal consisting of 2 nights in Rome, 2 nights in Venice (both b&b), return flights and the train between the two cities all for €250 each. Good deal! The hotel turner was a good base for our romantic Rome trip. Our room was clean and spacious enough for what we needed.... More

Me and my boyfriend stayed at the Hotel Turner for 5 nights. The hotel is in the Portia Pia area of Rome, which is about a 10-15 min drive from the centre of Rome and all its sights. You actually enter and check into a hotel called "Hotel Des Epoques", it is basically the same building, a little confusing when... More

The reception and staircase is beautiful marble floors and staircase with frescos on the ceilings. The hotel is well maintained and clean. It is in a good location near Termini and bus stops. Good restaurants around the corner. Some of the reception staff can be rude and unhelpful. If you are using this hotel e-mail to confirm the type of... More

The staff from the very minute we arrived we helpful, polite and very informative. The hotel was clean and well presented. We were on the top floor with great easy access to the room terrace which was lovely. Even though we went in February the weather was perfect and it was very pleasant to sit outside first thing in the... More

An experience staying in a room with textile walls not to mention the cealings. Fabolus well recomended although maybe a little off, but in Rome you walk and walk and after that you walk a bit more with all the little nice places all around to grab a bite to eat or drink it does not realy matter where you...
