We stayed at the Turner for four nights, during which time we had no heating in our room, the mini bar was empty and mouldy, the bed clothes were stained black in places and the shower, whilst warm and powerful was dirty and very small. Breakfast was adequate but nothing

We stayed for two nights in this charmingly old fashioned hotel in the centre of Rome. The reviews worried us but they proved to be so wrong! The ornate and flamboyant decor took our breath away. This has obviously been a top class hotel in its day. Our room was a good size

The breakfast is buffet but quite poor in quality. For sure you will find something to eat.

This hotel is lovely. We stayed in the refurbished part and my teenage daughters stayed in the older side. Both rooms were very nice and cleaned every day. The quirky lift system to get to the other side is fun and different. The breakfast was very nice and plenty to eat. The staff are very nice so I wouldn't worry about not having a reply. Enjoy your stay whichever side of the hotel you are in!

I have just googled gluten free in Rome and it came back with some restaurants that offer gluten free food and also websites that may be useful.:
