Situated within a five minute walk from Trevi Fountain and Pantheon.45 minutes from Vatican city. Great central location however, it is in a very busy, noisy street, With bars/pubs beneath front rooms. Walls are paper thin! Not good for light sleepers. Rooms are basic but clean, communal hallways are tired with thread bairn, worn carpets. Most staff are friendly and accommodating, apart from in breakfast room where the one member of staff we encountered was miserable and unhelpful. Not that you would have much time for TV but all channels are in Italian. Overall a pleasant inexpensive short stay.

the hotel and our room look nothing like the pictures they show the only room close is the breakfast room we had no hot water for a few days after complaining the first few days there was finally some hot water we were told to run the tap a bit (as if we hadnt tried that already) we have had continental breakfast before but this was rubbish at best juice tasted of water filter coffee at best warm not able to have toast the cakes old meat and cheese didnt look great so avoided the little bit of fruit had seen better days room was dirty think dust in places walls drawn on hair on things carpet filthy and faded when turning the tap on it made this horrendous noise we were given 1 towel for 2 people on 1 occasion the walls are so thin you hear everything from other peoples rooms even the putting down of toilet seats by the last day at 3am we had really had enough of this place on our stay we asked about a bar and were told it was closed so couldnt even drown our sorrows

We came to Rome in the middle of November and there was no heating. In any room at all. We were freezing all night and woke up with back pain, breakfast was awful (we ate outside). Good things: location (!), free wifi, running hot water, and the staff is willing to give you more blankets and pillows if you ask them. It's a good deal for people who don't really care about the hotel and are mainly interested in seeing the city.

We found the hotel through their website, in which the rooms appear to be very nice. But we had a shock when we entered our room (No 212). We stayed for 5 nights. The carpet was filthy as well as the walls, with mould in the ceiling. The bathroom was from the 70's, the bathtub was chipped and with scale from the years gone by. The noise when flashing the toillet was tremendous and when the next room was flushing the toillet we could hear it. We even woke up in the middle of the night due to that noise from the other room. Our sheets were never changed during our stay. On the possitive side the bed was good and the location was central.
