This is a traditional hotel perfectly situated for visiting the Forum area. Nice roof top bar with views over the ruins. A bit formal and terrace restaurant pretty expensive (but great location). Good breakfast spread.

Our family of 4 stayed one night at this hotel The location is literally across the street from the forum ruins. Staff was very friendly and helpful during our stay. The rooms were spacious and are decorated in dark wood with burgundy and gold, kind of an old antique style. The pink bathrooms however are in need of an update....

Came to Rome to visit my son who is studying there for the semester. Had no idea where to stay as I was not familiar with the city and did not want to do airbnb. Booked Hotel Forum online for a family room to accommodate the 4 of us. Arrived at 10 am after an overnight flight from the US...

The hotel was in a very good location for all the sights and I was there for a business for a meal so wasn’t staying . Meal was not the best I’ve had in the world a bit old fashioned in its style etc but ok , but when the bill came they every charged us for the Limoncello and...

My partner and I enjoyed a short break at the Hotel Forum at the end of March. The hotel has a feeling of old-fashioned tranquillity with an air of shabby-chic. The professional, friendly staff are on hand to help in any way they can. If you are looking for a central hotel where everything is literally on the door-step please...

The hotel was in a very good location, however, that was the only advantage of staying there. The room was very small with a tiny shower room. Breakfast was awful, tinned fruit, cold meat, cheese etc. Unfortunately we booked the hotel with Jet2 and didn't have a choice of room.

The breakfast doesn't offer only tinned fruit but fresh fruit, fruit salad, eggs with hot bacon, croissants, cakes, pies, cheese and ham. We are sorry that you didn't appreciate our services and we will do our best to improve ourselves.

Booked this hotel due to the close proximity of the archeological area. This is THE only "pro" in my opinion. Now for the "con"; unfriendly/unwelcoming front desk staff (just stares as you walk in and out), room was wrong on arrival even though I had received a confirmation of my request for twin beds (fixed the next day), overall decor...

The room you had is a beautiful room with view on the Imperial Forum, and it is a very welcoming room. The iron needs to be used in a dedicate room for security reasons. The decor is not old or dated but in a Louis XVI style, being a Storical hotel in front of the Imperial Forum with 2000 years...

We loved this hotel for our 4 night stay in Rome. You can't beat the location - adjacent to the Forum and a few blocks from the Coliseum. From the minute we set foot in the hotel the staff was friendly and helpful. some of our best experiences and meals while in Rome were a result of their recommendations. We...

Not easily accessed by car, the Roman taxi driver made it from the airport in about half an hour. As a "cheapy" birthday present of a two day stay in Rome, the Secret Escapes deal fitted the bill perfectly and having visited Rome many times, the location seemed perfect. The location of room 115 was not so perfect, take the...
