Nice hotel located in the Spanish Steps area. Although the room was small, it was modern and comfortable. We had everything we could want right outside the hotel. Plenty of shopping and restaurants a grocery store and walking distance to attractions. Breakfast was not included but that was fine because there was so much in the area. They did provide a Nespresso coffee maker in the room with snacks. Would stay here again
We were delighted with the extra steps the front desk staff; I think the woman who was the most helpful's name is Danielle; she was always pleasant and went above and beyond to make sure we knew where we were going, scheduled our taxis when needed, etc. Our room was spacious and comfortable; the location perfect. I highly recommend this hotel
Spent a week here and would definitely return. Stayed in a room in the annex building which was modern and large by European standards. Had 1 1/2 baths and a small balcony (without much of a view). Great service at the front desk and upon checkout. Also recommend using the car service. It simplifies getting to the hotel after your flight. Great location one block from the Spanish Steps and a metro station. Lots of good places to eat nearby and walking distance to many of the sights in Eastern Rome.
Booked 2 nights in the annex room. Room in a secure building on main road, 5 minutes away from main hotel Very modern clean. No view at the back 2 beds in two spaces. Coffee making Nespresso and snacks which was great Taxi prices to airport were inflated so walk out and get your own or catch train easier
Easy to book online at the last minute and the recommended way of doing it. Once booked, staff is friendly and helpful. Trying to book in person at the front desk or extending a stay are losing propositions in terms of cost. The secondary buildings are not staffed, but rooms are clean and modern, and the nightly rate is lower than at the main building. The locations of both the main hotel and the secondary buildings are very good and walking distance from Piazza Spagna, a metro station and a tourist attraction.

From its original role as ancient army training fields to its present-day identity as one of the city’s most desirable neighborhoods, the Campo Marzio is the best place to get lost in Rome. Gorgeous Renaissance and Baroque palazzos line the streets, and are filled with enticing boutiques and food shops. By day, Rome’s best-dressed denizens criss-cross its streets in a fashionable parade of errands, occasionally pausing to
look fabulous in gorgeous piazzas like San Lorenzo in Lucina. Campo Marzio can be a bit of a sleeper after aperitivi hour (9pm), so visit by day and experience the pulse of daytime Rome.

The closest metro station to Hotel Condotti is Spagna. It's about three stops from Termini. Much quicker and cheaper than taxi, but beware the steps if you have a heavy case. Many elevators were not working in Rome's underground or generally throughout Italy in Sept/October 2017.
