As 3 friends, we stayed 2 nights at the adjacent building, Condotti Hotel. The room is very clean, comfortable and useful. The reception is so hospitable. The location is so closed to main points with luxuary stores' streets. I will prefer this hotel again when I come back Rome.

The hotel is very nice and simple. When we booked the hotel we knew that the room is not spacious and we took that into consideration. The staff is very friendly, pleasant and helpful. Excellent location. Definitely worth the money and would love to visit there again .

We would like to thank the entire staff at the front desk and down at the breakfast area, you are fantastic people! And, Fabio you are just amazing. Super central, really two steps from the Spanish...Steps. One minute walking to Piazza di Spagna, 3 minutes to the Metro (from there a 10 minute walk to the Villa Borghese Parking). Very,...

This is a 3 star hotel within easy walking distance of the Spanish Steps. The staff are very attentive and quick to make right anything you may raise. There are two parts, the actual hotel and a separate annex around the corner. The rest of our family stayed in the annex and had a separate front door key. The hotel...

The hotel is in walking distance for all of the major sites in Rome. It is split into the main building and an annex. Our room was in the main building but others from our party were in the annex. I would plump for the main building again if we were to return. The room was comfortable if a bit...

We got a last minute reservation at the Hotel Condotti and I'm so glad we did! We stayed in the junior suite (quad room) with our teenagers ages 14 and 17 for the week after Christmas. Our room was in the annex which is right around the corner from the main hotel. The annex has its own common seating area...

200 steps from the iconic Spanish Steps, you walk through the front door of miniaturist Hotel Condotti, on Via Mario de’ Fiori, and go Wow! You have stepped into a foyer resembling that of a piccolo palazzo; marble floored, colonnaded, antique furnished, rich tapestries and paintings on the walls. If ever a location demanded a hotel of elegance it is...

We returned to the Condotti hotel for the 2nd time in 2 consecutive years. The location of the hotel is superb with close proximity to all major sights and shopping along Via Condotti. Crispy 19 and Life are 2 recommended nearby restaurants which serve awesome food. We were housed in a different block for the only 2 connecting rooms in...

The people at the desk were nice but the beds were hard as a rock! And plumbing noises? Terrible and loud. If you're looking for a clean hotel in a good location at a reasonable price, this is your place. If you want a good night's sleep, skip it.

Neighborhood Profile
Campo Marzio
