We stayed for two nights. You pay for 3 star - expect 3 star. See Rome easily from this hotel's location. If we were in Rome for any longer we would have had to request a different bed or upgraded. Breakfast was quite average but that is what to expect. If you are staying in Rome for an extended time... More

If you really like the bugs, insects etc. you don't need to go south africa or somewhere like it. Just book Accademia hotel near fontana di trevi in rome! Stuff is really don't care about you, your needs or your help requests. They just stand there and say only just few memorized words with the same tone. Very dirty rooms... More

Having stayed in Rome recently, on a four night break using two hotels, the Accademia and the Concordia, some 200 metres apart, It was very interesting to see the difference. Both were for two adults, in a double room for two nights with breakfast. The Accademia was 120 Euros per night and the Concordia, 174 Euros per night. The reason... More

My wife and I had a three night stay in Rome. This hotel is in a superb location for all the sights. Big plus is the Trevi Fountain just around the corner. We had a room on the 5th floor which we could not fault. Bathroom was excellent. The bed was the most comfortable we have ever slept on, which... More

i stayed at the Accademia Hotel in Rome for a week in August, I booked a Superior Rome on their webstie. The location of the hotel is amazing, it's only a few minutes walk from all the sites, like Fontana De Trevi which is a few meters from the hotel. Corso (the shopping street) is also a few minutes away.... More

Partner and I stayed for 5 nights. Hotel base is excellant - 50m from Trevi Fountain, set back off main road but close enough (20m) to bus stops, shops etc - all with no noisey crowds going passed your hotel-perfect! Staff were really helpful and nothing to much trouble A big 'Thank you' to Elena for all her help -... More

This is a great hotel very close (30 seconds walk) to the Trevi Fountain. Try and get the first floor room overlooking the square as its great to open the shutters and watch the world go by below. The breakfast at the hotel was great and the room very spacious and clean. There are a large number of wonderful restaurants... More

7 years in a row we have spent 5 to 7 days in Rome, and each time Hotel Accademia has accomodated us in a nice, clean and cosy room with a view over the lovely Piazza Accademia di S. Luca. After having a fine breakfast it has been possible to explore all the main attractions in Rome on feet. Dinner... More

stayed at this hotel for 4 days in August07 with my boyfriend. Was absolutely lovely - everything you ask for. Step outside and you litterally step into the Trevvi fountain. Rooms were also lovely, although a little on the small side.....although when in Rome you dont tend to stay in the hotel that much! Also the lady on the reception... More

Staying in Trevi

Neighborhood Profile
Trevi
A non-stop photo and souvenir opportunity, Trevi is all about action. From early morning through the wee hours, the piazza surrounding Trevi Fountain hosts a never-ending flow of tourists hoping to make a wish or take a selfie. Clever restaurants, charming gelaterias, uncanny bars, kitsch shops, and a range of hotels make up the local landscape. Beneath the bustle are the remains of an ancient neighborhood that you can visit by heading over to a repertoire cinema and asking for a peek underground. There is something for everyone, but if peace and quiet are what you seek, plan to visit in the early morning hours.
