Yes, they do have a hairdryer. Even when ours didn't work they brought me another one.

there was a car park, although we didn't use it. Not sure what a ZTL is, sorry

We traveled by car, we arranged thru the Lord Bryon. From the airport with little traffic it was about 45- 50 minutes. A little less than an hour.
