This hotel is in a great location in Rome. You can walk to the Spanish steps and the Trevi Fountain. The colosseum is a 30 minute walk. The service is wonderful and the rooms are well appointed. The toiletries are very good as well. This is my second time at this hotel and I would definitely return. Truly a leading hotel of the world.

Stayed three night in mid November. This is a beautiful hotel I. A great location, walkable to most of the “don’t miss sights” in Rome! The included breakfast was nice and the service was outstanding. Our room and balcony was a great to relax in after long days of sightseeing. We would of liked to be informed that the air conditioning is turned off in November, it was a bit warm sleeping but luckily we had the option to leave the door to our deck open. Also, their was a problem with the internet, so we were told, but found out that it was our iPhones that we were told have a hard time connecting. That was a real issue for us as we needed to check in with work emails in the evening. Clearly that cannot be the case as I’m sore most people use Apple products and this is an issue that really needs to be resolved.

the Baglioni in Rome is in the perfect position to pretty much walk anywhere in Rome The rooms are wonderfully classic Italian glory . beds very comfortable . All in all the stay was impressive . But what Baglioni should be even more proud of is their staff , they are truly excellent ! smiling , cant do enough for you , from the doorman, who must have been exhausted opening and closing the main door all day and night , to the very helpful reception team that fixed EVERYTHING , lovely breakfast team who learnt from my second morning my favorite coffee . a huge mention to the housekeeping team too . they work so hard ! all in all for a big hotel , we could have been staying in a boutique hotel , and for sure next time we visit Rome , we will be seeing you again !!

This hotel is in posh area of Rome, very convenient to get around. We simply just walked to all the sights. As this is our second time in Rome, we just took it easy this time. This hotel is certainly on the expensive side but you get what you pay for. From exterior to the room, it’s well maintained. The room is decent size for Europe and the bathroom is beautiful with all marble. Breakfast buffet was good and served in the beautiful lounge. One area was disappointing is their fine dining restaurant. The food was average and lacked Italian flavor. I actually wished we had dined at a restaurant nearby. Their food looked so much more delicious.

My waiter’s name was Mizanur. He was the best waiter. Very professional and very attentive to all our needs. We were visiting for a week and we had dinner here on our first night. He was very welcoming and gave us a lot of extra attention. His food and wine recommendations were spot on.

I recently returned from a 6 day stay at Baglioni Hotel Regina. All in all this was a very mixed experience for me. The hotel bills itself as a 5 start hotel with all available amenities and a luxury feel but I felt it fell short of that mark. To start off with the hotel is a great location, very central but not so close to many attractions to feel too busy or touristy. Its located about a 10-30 minute walk from most of the major attractions in central Rome - for example Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps are both about 10-15 minute walks. The Colossem/forum/Palatine hill are a bit longer, around 25 minutes and the Vatican around 30 minutes. The hotel itself is a nicely sized but not overly large building that has been nicely update over the years but maintains an older classical feel. The help I received from the front desk and other staff was all very professional (I did not use the concierge). My room (Grand deluxe) was nicely furnished but definitely was showing its age (or lack of maintenance - hard to tell), with scuffed furniture, stains in the carpet and a little bit of mold in the corners of the bathroom/shower. Other ways it was showing its age - next to the desk was an old style data jack and no USB plugs (A or C) for any of the receptacles. One small but for me annoying pet peeve - the hotel locks the room temperature based on the season in a central computer and does not let you manually change it (even though there are "individual" control panels in the rooms). Initially I complained that the room was too warm and they told me they could bring up some fans. After complaining a second time they finally adjusted the allowable room temp down to 21 (Celsius) from 23 (Celsius) - I get that as an American I am overly reliant on air-conditioning and this can be seen as really whiny - but if I'm spending 500+ euro for a room I'd like to be able to control my own room temp. Breakfast which I had for most days of my stay was nice but underwhelming (although the cappuccino's were quite good). I ate at the hotel restaurant one day and while it was good it was extremely pricey especially compared to other very good restaurants in Rome which are much more modestly priced for the same or better experience.

Impeccabile. Starting from reception and the staff, to the concierge that helped myself and all the guests I was with. Breakfast room was unreal! Starting from 9 AM that was a lady playing the harp. Variety of the food so breakfast was great. The rooms are very well kept the service and the cleaning was perfect. The only note I could make is about the carpet in the bedrooms that have a lovely spa area and gym available for the guests.
