From the moment we arrived until the time we departed we enjoyed this gem of a hotel. The hotel is situated on the Via Veneto, a luxurious avenue, which is perfectly situated within an easy walk to the Villa Borghese, Spanish Steps and the Trevi Fountain. Our spacious room was thoughtfully appointed with beautiful crisp linens, complimentary mineral waters and...

We LOVED Rome and the Baglioni Hotel Regina was perfectly situated within walking distance of Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps (and the amazing stores just near them such as Dolce & Gabanna, Lauduree and so many more). We had the Regina Suite with interconnecting room for our children. Everything was beautifully appointed, plenty of space for a family for a week,...

Unfortunately, we found the hotel did not meet the traditionally high-standarts of the Leading Hotels of the World club and Baglioni family. We arrived at the hotel around 23:40-23:45 (and the hotel had our arrival time information as it was indicated in our booking) and there was absolutely no one to greet us and take care of our luggage by...

Beds are too smalls. I have requested a big bed in my booking and ended up with 1.3m large bed. For 2 people it is not at all in the 5 stars standards. Poor TV programs when it works. Safe not working

We loved little parts of it like the staircase which is from a by-gone age The rooms are spacious (we were upgraded to a deluxe room) and the showers were great (no bath though). The service on...

Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and actually spacious for Rome. The bathrooms which is an area that usually hotels fail was clean and it had recently been refurbished. The area where the hotel is located was lovely but but a 10/15 min walk to trevi fountain. Only minor negative was the bed was 2 single beds...

Staying in Ludovisi / Via Veneto

Neighborhood Profile
Ludovisi / Via Veneto
Thanks to Fellini and La Dolce Vita, the Ludovisi and Via Veneto neighborhood earned its reputation as a posh area where gorgeous Marcellos wooed actresses and models while bored housewives hung out in streetside cafes. The cafes are still there, and so are the cocktails, but the neighborhood is now home to five-star businesses including hotels, banks, law firms, and embassies. The area is also right next to Villa Borghese, a beautiful park for sporting and cultural adventures. If you're looking for tranquility by night, this may be the place: Ludovisi and Veneto tend to shut down after 8pm.
