The Kennedy is not as luxurious as the brochure indicates. However, it is clean and I felt safe. My experience was that the staff is not as friendly as you might be used to in other countries. It was Holy Week when I was there, so that might have contributed to the curtness of the staff. Nevertheless, it was in...

Location is not bad as the Roma Termini located in 5 min by walk (but still a bit dirty and not safe area). The hotel has 3 stars officially but I doubt... For breakfast you will have nothing hot, even no eggs.... Bread, butter, yougurt, some fruits. Room was dark and very cold even air conditioner could not heat it....

My main concern is the really REALLY hard beds, like my back still hurts... there's also thin walls and the fact that you must leave your key every time you leave... other than that it's clean and decently located, you get what you paid for

Paid more for what you got...was not happy at all. Hotel staff were some what rude. Room was extremely out of date and bathroom was not clean - had to wear thongs in the shower and every time we showered we flooded the bathroom cause of the position of the shower and the shower curtain. Pillows were terrible and pillows...

This was our first time in Rome and it was recommended to us due to its location and affordability. The location is perfect as it is a 2 minute walk to Termini station, which has trains that connect to the airport, and also plenty of hop on, hop off buses have a stop there. The actual location of the hotel...

Pretty average as a hotel, bathrooms are nice, bed isn't super comfy but if you have an 'a room is a room' attitude it's perfect, gives you a bed to sleep on and a roof over your head whilst being very very close to Roma Termini Station - which means it's great for day trips, close to shopping and close...

A well positioned hotel close to Termini Railway Station. My reason for staying here was so that I was close to the station arriving from Tuscany on the Frecciarossa and leaving on the Leonardo Express to Fiumicino Airport. I have mixed feelings about this place. It’s position, price, breakfast and staff are all fine. It was the location of my...

Staying in Esquilino

Neighborhood Profile
Esquilino
Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only way to describe the Esquilino neighborhood. The Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s famous seven hills. From an ancient neighborhood to its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub, Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up basketball games. Look around you: this area isn’t like the historic center. Liberty architecture, large piazzas, and long boulevards mix with archaic arches, secret side alleys, and beautiful churches like Santa Maria Maggiore.
