This hotel's location could not be better. The staff are also extremely nice and helpful, especially the man who worked at the bar on the terrace in the evenings. The terrace is absolutely amazing, perfect place to begin the day with breakfast and cappucino and even better place to enjoy drinks in the evening! I would definitely recommend. The room...

Great hotel, excellent value, lovely breakfast, polite, helpful staff. Roof terrace is a big plus, great for breakfast in the sun or drinks at night. You can walk to most places from the location. Would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay for 7 nights on our visit to Rome in March. The front desk was always staffed with people willing to help with anything from directions to dinner recommendations. The location enabled us to walk everywhere. Our room was spacious by European standards and was cleaned and serviced well everyday. A glass of wine on the...

Great hotel, people, location, breakfast. Front desk people were very helpful and very much interested in our concerns, etc. We would definitely go back. The only negative was the noise of the bikes at night.

I just returned from Rome on a visit to see my daughter who is in school there. I was by myself for parts of my trip and felt very comfortable at Albergo Cesari. The Location is perfect in between the Trevi fountain and the Pantheon. Great wine bar in piazza across from hotel. The roof top breakfasts had a ambiance...

My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights earlier this month. The location really cannot be beaten. Minutes away from the Pantheon and Trevi Fountain, it is literally in the heart of Rome. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone planning a trip to Rome. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Our room was extremely comfortable. The...

Having only 3 days in Rome, and being a first time visit, it was paramount for us to stay somewhere that allowed us easy access to all the major attractions. Albergo Cesari fits the bill perfectly. The first day, in 2,5 hours, we saw Pantheon - which really is just around the corner - the Trevi fountain, the Spanish Stairs,...

In a pedestrian side-street in the historic city centre, mid-way betweeen the Pantheon and the Trevi fountain, the Albergo Cesari is in just the right place for exploring Rome on foot and by bus. We strongly recommend this hotel. The room was quiet and comfortable, and the buffet breakfast offered plenty of delicious choice. The roof terrace is a big...

My wife and I met another couple in Rome in September, 2011 and we couldn't have picked a better hotel. Loved the location cause you could walk to several of the main attractions. I would say the Pantheon was less than 5 minutes and Trevi Fountain and Piazza Navona was only 10 minutes. Places to eat nearby made it a...

My wife and stayed here last March on our first trip to Rome. The location cannot be beat. We walked or sometimes took a bus all over Rome. The staff was great. Staying in Colonna

Neighborhood Profile
Colonna
Frantic fashionistas, pedicured politicos, goal-oriented tourists, and on-the-go locals cross paths every day in Colonna, a delightful chaos in the very center of the city. Even though it has some of the city’s loveliest sites—a 2nd century column, Belle Epoque shopping center, and a magnificent Baroque parliament building—Colonna is not just another pretty face, but the cosmopolitan eye of Rome’s cultural storm. Colonna can safely say it has the best of Rome: museums, boutiques, window displays, restaurants, cafes, and people watching.
