The hotel itself is lovely, we appointed, and cared for with attention... The rooms are well furnished and comfortable... We love the location just outside of the bustle of the City but with every destination easily reachable either on foot or a short cab ride... I want to thank the housekeeping staff who kept our room looking sharp and feeling welcoming...

The hotel has a great central location... The hotel lobby was nice enough, the rooms had some charm to them... The beds were very comfortable, but the pillows way too soft... The bar downstairs was nice and the staff was friendly and accommodating... This is definitely a hotel for the older crowd... The housekeeping staff comes in multiple times a day to refresh the bed and towels, which was nice...

The hotel is in a great location, central to many of the historical areas however the room ( which was an upgraded room) was in desperate need of an update, shower head was broken, very little water pressure and hard to adjust the temp either very hot or very cold... If you like to exercise, they do have a facility but not in great shape, old machines etc...
