Due to the new covid-19 breakout, and the first days of news in Italy were getting worse, I reached out the hotel and see for other options, as I was trying to change or cancel my vacations. They responded me that they couldn’t fo anything as the Lazio region hasn’t imposed any restrictions at that time. Since March 9th and up to April 3rd, the government of Italy imposed quarantine nationwide and travelers from other countries can not enter to Italy. I booked a room on their website. Due to the fast changes of events, my flight to Rome got cancelled. I kindly wrote to the hotel explaining the situation and asking for a refund, as I won’t be able to get in Rome. Now they responded and told that as my rate is non-refundable, the management has decided that they can refund anything. I understand the booking rate and everything, however, it’s a bit irresponsible from the hotel taking those decisions, as this is an event completely out of my hands. I was really excited to visit Rome and staying here, however, I am now hopeless and disappointed on how this hotel take decisions. So, before booking a hotel, consider it twice.…
Could not Fault this hotel at all, Amazing value for money, For a continental breakfast the variety was exceptional. Simone who worked behinf the bar was first class and looked after us for the whole weekend. We will be back in 2 years for the next 6 nations game. Would recommend this hotel to anyone

It was good for me to stay there. Near metro and bus stop, so it was comfortable for visit a central and historic part of Roma. Wifi was very quickly so it was possible to call to Russia by whats'upp.
Our holidays in Rome were wonderful and part of them was the comfort of the hotel and its very helpful staff. The rooms are spacious, warm and cosy, it was quiet and we could have a good rest after our busy days, the breakfast was very good too, so all in all definitely highly recommendable! Well situated too, if you’re a good walker don’t even need the train to get to the centre. My next stay in Rome would no doubt choose the same place😊
