3° floor - Bambù room is bright and peaceful, simply decorated: ideal for a relaxing stay.
Best to my recollection they close it at 11pm, but during our stay it was closed earlier one day, I believe at 10pm. It would be best to confirm their current plans with the owners. Your tour will most likely conclude later than 10pm and it may be difficult to make it back (about 15 mins rapid walk) for a relaxing evening.

I believe the door to the rooftop terrace was locked at 8:00. If you are on the patio by 8:00 you could stay as long as you like but if you arrive later it would be locked. You may be able to make special arrangements with the owners but based on our experience a 10:00 pm start time would probably be too late. If you want a nice take out to enjoy on the terrace another night I highly recommend Pasta Chef which the owner referred us to. Just down the street from the Residenza!

There is this mindblowing app called Googlemaps you should check out. It's a nineteen minute walk from the appartment to the steps. Distance is 1,6km. You'll burn 87 kcal.

No coffee making facilities in the actual room but each room shares a common kitchen with coffee, cooking and a fridge available. Its like being at home, you walk out of your bedroom and into the kitchen.
