Just stayed at this hotel for a weekend of sight seeing. Would say the location is really good, a very short walk to the colesseum and we could actually see it from our room which was a nice bonus. Also the Roman forum just behind the colosseum as well as Trevi fountain in walking distance. That took us about 20-25...

Stayed in this hotel 5 days. Walked everywhere! Was easy. If don't like walking, buses nearby. Took us one hour to walk to Vatican. So much to see on way! Hotel very charming! Nicely done. Small rooms but was no problem for us, we spend most of the day outside. Great restaurants on the same street, excellent food! Wish they had...

Convenient, comfortable, friendly establishment. Ideal base for walking about Central Rome. Rooms well appointed. Staff helpful and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, the kitchen was not open, except for breakfast during our stay.

Quiet, secure small hotel in great location. Minutes by foot to the Colosseum and the metro. (Our upper-floor room had a balcony with a view of the Colosseum.) Included breakfast was substantial and a great way to start a day of exploring. Clean. Staff very helpful.

Love the staff and art deco design is amazing. Have stayed there at least seven times and will come back. The Breakfast is very nice and during the summer and fall there are family style dinners which is a great way to meet people from all around the world.

Hotel Lancelot is a well-kept secret among people who come to Rome to work with colleagues at the FAO and the other Rome-based UN agencies. It has a great location near the Colosseo, on a quiet street. The rooms are cozy and have great desk space and good Wifi; the downstairs lounge and bar are well appointed and comfortable. The...

Lancelot was a terrific, small and intimate "hotel". Warm and welcoming; lovely yet simple. We had a three week holiday in Rome, Italy and Venice. Lancelot was our choice for when we arrived, again when our daughter met us in Rome for a visit and again when we were getting ready to fly home. The staff is wonderful, especially Lorena...

We returned to the Hotel Lancelot after 30 years to celebrate our anniversary. Our only regret is having waited so long! From the moment we arrived, Lorena and Mrs Khan and her family made us feel so welcomed. We were given a terraced room on the 6th floor with the most magnificent views while Lorena pointed out the highlights. The...

A nice, friendly, clean and central hotel in Rome with a fantastic terrace view close to the colosseum. The breakfast exceeds what can be anticipated in Italy. Nice restaurants and wine bars in the neighborhood!
