We stayed here for 3 nights and it couldn't have been better. The location is central to most of the "major" sites in Rome. Literally within walking distance. Ther is also an abundance of excellent restaurants within walking distance. The staff was incredible. From helping us determine times and days to see each site to making sure we had breakfast,... Stayed at Hotel Nerva for 6 nights while in Rome. It is a charming little boutique hotel in the best location to explore the city with an abundence of cafes and restaurants close by. The breakfast is excellent value and the complimentary afternoon tea is another lovely addition. For families travelling with young children be mindful that as soon as... More

What a beautiful cosy hotel in a perfect location. The staff were so helpful and friendly and the rooms were clean and comfy. The complimentary tea and coffee were a delightful sight after a long day. Our only problem was the tour we booked for the coliseum through the hotel. The meeting point had changed so we were running around... More

We stayed 3 nights in the master suite with our 2 daughters (ages 11 and 14). The suite was beautiful and unique with an upstairs loft area where the kids stayed. The location was the best, walking distance to all the major sites and a short cab ride to Vatican City. The complementary coffee and desserts in the afternoon were... More

This place is small but perfectly formed. It is modern, smart, and clean. Some people may find the rooms too small if they are used to large modern rooms, but I found it compact and very neat. The staff are all very friendly and want to help as best they can. The breakfasts were very nice too. The location is... More

This was our first time at the Nerva and we will definitely be returning. It started with a free upgrade as I was celebrating a significant birthday. The room was extremely clean, well appointed and spacious (we had the Master Suite). The bed was very comfortable and the bedding high quality. The reception staff were outstanding- very helpful and friendly.... More

The rooms are small, but there is enough space as long as zou do not need it for business work. For holiday and a city trip just perfect. Very kind staff and realy good breakfast, only the bread could be a bit better!

Stayed for one night in this lovely hotel. The staff are extremely helpful and very welcoming. The room was quite small, but as we were only staying for one night, it was perfect. Brilliant location - 2 minute walk to an amazing view of the colosseum, Via Sacre and the Arch of Constantine. Breakfast was delicious, the lady couldn't do... More

We started off our Italian honeymoon here and were so impressed by Antonio and his team. The property is indeed a boutique, standing on the other side of the Nerva and Augustus Forums. If you're in Rome for the history-stay here! Upgraded to a superior room, which was spacious-the only downside here would be that it was a walk behind... More

The word 'boutique' is far too frequently used by hotels with little meaning but this hotel can justify its use. Great location, right at the heart of the forum. Great room design and little touches. Afternoon tea to rest your weary legs after a day's exploring and great service from knowledgeable staff!
