My husband and I stayed at Sole Al Pantheon for 5 nights in January for his Birthday. First impressions were good speedy check in and a nice size room overlooking the breakfast courtyard a very quiet room roomy big bed, a sofa, dressing table and chair nice bathroom with a shower very clean and well kept. Have to admit, I was very pleasantly surprised but the Albergo del Sole Al Pantheon in Rome during our stay just recently. Literally at the doorstep to the Pantheon, you couldn't ask for a more picturesque setting. The room was typically small for this class of hotel but very clean and well appointed. The beds could certainly use replacing but...

This hotel was perfect for the three of us. We wanted to be within walking distance of the historic sights of Rome and this hotel fit the bill. We were in room 311 which was in the annex. Our room had a perfect view of the Pantheon and I would highly recommend choosing a room with this view. It is...

Stayed at the hotel annex in room 226 Dec. 26-30 (across the piazza from the hotel) and couldn't have been happier with the rooms! It was a huge one bedroom apartment, with a nice sized bedroom, large closet area, new bathroom and huge living room which had one pull out sofa ( full size bed) and 2 chairs which pulled...

We recently spent a week enjoying the winter sunshine in Rome. We enjoyed our stay here tremendously. The hotel was very well located for walking to many local sites- Trevi, Narvonne, etc. and the Pantheon was right outside. There were local restaurants, cafes and bars all within minutes (or less depending how much energy you had left) The buffet breakfast...

In the piazza with the Pantheon, this hotel is charming and well appointed. Free breakfast is quite enough to start the day and the rooms are comfortable (if a little small). Staff is incredible and were full of good information, recommendations and helpful with booking train tickets too. Can't beat the location for most of Rome's must-see attractions.

Very nice hotel, clean, nice rooms, some with a great view over the piazza in front of the pantheon. Reasonable rates for such a prime location. Every major attraction is walkable from the hotel. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Breakfast is quite adequate, served in a breakfast room. Wifi is available for about 10 euros per day, but can...

We have just returned from a four night break in Rome. It is the 4th time we have stayed in the Sole Al Pantheon and we could never imagine staying anywhere else in this city. The hotel never disappoints and in fact it seems to get better and better. This time we treated ourselves to a room at the front...

Navona / Pantheon / Campo de’ Fiori

this is a several part question:

1. We noted on the hotel website that the annex rooms have a shower OR bath... one or the other... can anyone confirm or deny some rooms having one or the other versus both? We are staying for a week with three women, not having a shower head would not be suitable for our needs.

2. We also noted on the hotel website that wifi was available in the lobby but then said in the room description for the annex suites that free wifi was included. Also the reviews for the hotel seem to confirm a lack of wifi.... Can anyone confirm or deny the presence of wifi in the annex rooms as, again, we are staying for a week and I will need access to internet for work.. we will be staying in the annex (due to the number of people in our party).

3. Finally, we were told that we have reserved the room with the balcony in the annex (per our request). According to the hotel this room is the Suite Deluxe room annex... can anyone confirm that the balcony room (apparently there is only one room with a balcony) is in fact the Suite Deluxe annex room? If the balcony room is not the suite deluxe room, what is the name of the room category and/or the room number of that room. I do not want to get to Rome, check in, and find that we are booked in a different room due to miscommunication as it so frequently happens with hotels.

Thank you so much for any help. We cannot seem to find pictures directly corresponding to the names of the rooms which would make choosing a room much easier.
