We had a wonderful stay. Very large room, king size bed, delicious decor, lot's of marble in the bath, great lighting system, and a efficient, friendly staff. The owner/ general manager greets guests personally.

The hotel is perfectly located in the center of it all, at the top of the Spanish steps, near great shopping and nice restaurants. I booked a room with a balcony and a view... We stayed at this hotel on the first night of our trip to Italy. The hotel itself is beautiful. Our room was gorgeous and luxurious, with a walk-in closet and large bathroom. The bed was very comfortable and there was a large window that opened up to a courtyard. The walk-in closet might have been large enough to fit a...

I wish I could write a better review for this place as it is in a good location and has got 5 star ratings. Unfortunately, at this hotel you don't get what you pay for. Things that need improvement: 1. wireless speed (even for the paid option) 2. costumer service ( communication skills, language proficiency) 3. breakfast setting (hot bar)...

This hotel was a real disappointment. The rooms were old and in need of refurbishment. We had a room and not a suite, so maybe the good reviews were for the suites? The staff was not friendly or welcoming. Breakfast was okay. The cold buffet was adequate, but the hot entrees were not tasty. Also, the hotel is in a...
