This was our first stay at the Hassler and it was a real treat. It is elegant and a true luxury hotel with an outstanding staff. Both the Palm Court and I Mango are great for food and drink. Their "Bellini" drink is the best ever. Every staff member is extremely attentive to your every need. Outstanding location at the... More

This wonderful hotel stands at the top of the Spanish Steps and from then on it just gets better and better. For me it is always the staff who make it and this hotel has them and they add the style which made our 3day just that much better. Rooms of sumptuous style and luxury ours looked out over the... Welcome was a little stuffy and lukewarm at reception ( a definite let-down after staying at 5 star hotels in Italy for a month). With some persistence after seeing our basement courtyard room with no view, we were upgraded to a lovely junior suite (with one and a half bathrooms) several with a courtyard view and nice city view on... A lovely hotel in an stunning position. A drink on the roof terrace for sunset is a must. The breakfast had everything you could ask for and more. We had the deluxe double room which was a good size, comfortable and with a stunning view. We ate in the Palm Court which I must say we actually preferred due to... More

Top notch in everything you could want in a hotel. The decor, the service, and the food are superb. Our room was immaculate and had a beautiful view. The location is wonderful for exploring the city, shops and restaurants. The buffet breakfast table was filled with a beautiful bounty. I loved my stay at Hotel Hassler Roma.

We stayed here 2 nights on a recent trip to Rome. It was shamefully expensive, but we loved our room. There was a red checkered theme with clever and abundant use of mirrors. We had a view of the piazza di Spagna that was enjoyable. We also could see a slice of Rome between buildings. The service was outstanding. The... More

Hotel Hassler is an elegant hotel with top notch service conveniently located near the Spanish Steps. We booked Hotel Hassler for our first and last night of our trip. On our first night we stayed in room 721. Beautiful marble bath, crisp clean white linens, and very comfortable bed. On the last night we stayed in room 423. It was... More

There are hotels owned by big corporations and there are family owned and run hotels, this is of the latter category and it is superb. If it is true that the attitude of the staff is the maker or breaker of an hotel then this establishment proves it. Never have I felt so well looked after by such utterly charming... More

Exquisite old world hotel. The roof top for drinks and food is breathtaking. The breakfasts are equally wonderful. Like many luxury hotels, most of the staff are exceptional. However, you may run into one or two who could be more helpful. Thus, the reason this is 4 rather than 5 stars. We booked 4 rooms for our family - 2... More
