Hotel Edén has nice rooms and okey lobby, but it’s not a first class hotel. It’s just way overpriced vs what a real first class hotel service should operate like. Management should visit the Bristol in Paris to understand what a hotel that charges more than 1k euros per night should be like. The restaurant Service is good (specially from Francesco) but restaurant and food feels like being on an all inclusive cruise ship.
Hotel Eden is easily one of the classiest and most luxurious hotels I've ever stayed at. The hotel was very welcoming and made our honeymoon feel special with a bottle of champagne and departing gifts. Everything about this hotel screams luxury and class. Stayed in a junior suite which was spacious, very well appointed, and felt brand new. The bathroom was beautiful, and even the products were extremely luxurious. The drinks at the rooftop bar were excellent, and we really appreciated the head bartender serving us drinks even after closing hours. Location was perfect, next to the Spanish steps. You can definitely tell the hotel is passionate about what they do, and ensure that all of their guests are happy. Will definitely come back again.
The Hotel Eden in Rome was complete and utter luxury! The rooms were stunning, immaculate, the A/C was better than the U.S. The morning breakfasts were superb. The most incredible part of this stay was the people who ran the hotel. EVERYTHING we asked for was handled. It is very rare that we have not 1 complaint. Anna the concierge, was a dream. She handled every request. She was so kind and wonderful. Francesco in the restaurant couldn't be more lovely. We looked forward to seeing him every morning. Without a doubt, we will return! Thanks for a wonderful stay.
Excellent location close to but not on top of the Spanish Steps, feels like a private oasis surrounded by the Swiss Institute across the street, and the Villa Aurora next door. We had a third floor corner room with a view. The room was spacious, elegant, understated. Large bathrooms with towel warmers! Perfect turndown service with slippers ready for tired feet. We had a lovely welcome and a lovely goodbye from the staff, all of whom are beyond hospitable. Breakfast, appertivo, and supper overlooking the City are next level! The Eden is within walking distance of everything in Rome, too. Telling them goodbye was a sad experience. The attention to detail here cannot be understated. Knowing we were getting on a train for Florence, the doorman handed us bags with water, snacks, and refreshing towelettes for our train ride....so thoughtful. La Terraza was a culinary delight our first night in Italy, too. If you want elegance, understatement, service, and beauty, the Hotel Eden is indeed an Eden in Rome.…
Wonderful stay at Hotel Eden. One of the nicest rooms we have ever stayed in and the entire staff was helpful, friendly, and passionate about making your stay memorable. Will stay here again. Had a small issue early during our stay and everyone including their GM got involved to work it out. Responsiveness of concierge and front desk, second to none. 5 Stars.
spa for rich people and wifi working wine is good but i dont like wines and good pasta and restaurants around and cafes around and this place looks like paradise and beautiful interier and go to this place!
Absolutely epic service, at every aspect of the hotel - front desk, restaurants (special thanks to Francesco) spa and the room service. There's a lot of reviews which praise the hotel's excellent location, it's fit and finish, but it's staff and service are truly world class and amongst the best I have experienced - ever. It would be a pleasure to come back to Hotel Eden.
We were a big group of 10, Check-in was smooth, and keys were ready soon as we arrived. Rooms are beautiful, however small closets. The bathroom is nice but could’ve done with a bigger shower gel area inside the shower and slightly bigger shampoo/shower gel/conditioner bottles. There were no earbuds. Breakfast on the first day was chaos. It took over 45min, only to get raw fruit and uncooked eggs. Not impressed at all. Sunday, Monday buffet was very nice, service was fast and excellent. Room service is five* however, the room menu was limited, could do better. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday Breakfast we’re great except on Wednesday, they completely forgot my cappuccino, asked twice, and the waiter was friendly and apologetic. In the end, it took too long to come out. Overall, great hotel, fantastic bed, we all slept very well. We were fortunate enough to meet Johnny Depp. We will come back…
We visited the Eden in October and had a pleasant time. The staff were all wonderful as was the design of the hotel. The location was ok - in a quieter section of town within easy walking distance of everything. My only issue ( a small one) is that I found the rooms to be small. We had a junior suite and it was the size of a regular room. We were lucky enough to have an amazing view of Rome which made up for its size. The management were very kind and offered us a 1 bedroom suite but it did not have the view . We were on a final leg of a 2 week trip in Italy and I am not a lite packer. We found the closet space pretty tight - but made due. The restaurant was superb. All in all I lovely hotel in Rome.
There is no doubt that the Eden is the most spectacular Hotel in Rome. Living up to the Dorchester reputation ,the Eden was Paradise. The location is perfect, the Restaurant and Bar were divine . The rooms were an indescribable combination of comfort and design with incredible city views. The highlight of the Hotel is the staff. The General Manager's name is Luca and he truly made us feel like Royalty. The concierge ,the front desk attendants, doormen, housekeepers and Hotel driver's were all 5 star. It was really refreshing to meet people that were passionate about their jobs and tried their best to make us happy. My only regret about my 2 visits to Hotel Eden is that it's standards set the bar so high.
