My last stay with Hotel Eden was not long ago but we went back in September since our last stay was really outstanding. The bar is truly one of the best in Rome and the bartenders are absolutely lovely and charming. The food is delicious and definitely in my top 10 ever! Can absolutely recommend! It was so nice to see Luca again and his hands on attitude, charming and smiling! Even with Covid and all Hotels are cutting costs on all ends but the Hotel Eden is still the same as is what pre-covid. He is running the Hotel as they should and they are doing the right things. I have been to so many Hotels that are cutting costs and decrease the customer experience and I am so over it. Hotel Eden is my first choice!

This year may be a good time to visit Rome since there are a lot fewer tourists. If you visit, I can highly recommend the Eden Hotel with its wonderful roof terrace for breakfast and lunch and the Michelin-star rated dinner restaurant. We stayed here last summer for three nights and would have loved to stay longer.

The hotel interiors in the main areas are lovely and the location is great, we could walk everywhere but I don't think the rooms are anything special, and definitely not worth the price. When we arrived we were given a small corner room facing into a very small courtyard which was extremely underwhelming. I booked through a website which searches for the most competitive prices so I understand that the premium rooms are given to guests who book directly through the hotel but it seemed quiet with all of the fears about Coronavirus at present, should the hotel have been overrun with guests I of course would have understood we paid €200/€300 less than other guests so that's reflected in the room but staying here does not come cheap and I don't believe that the room was anywhere near worth the price tag. The bathrooms were lovely though! Neither of us would stay here again, I think you can get much better value elsewhere.

Understatedly elegant, luxurious, stunningly beautiful, with every single detail thought of - I wish I could give ten stars. From the moment you walk into that gorgeous lobby and are greeted by a chorus of friendly hellos until the moment the doorman shuts your car door, you are in absolute heaven. Roberta at the front desk made my weekend break the most unforgettable time, along with the entire front desk staff. Room service was astoundingly quick and warm. Il Giradino is a beautiful sparkling space with the best Roman style artichokes I've ever eaten - don't miss them! Eden will be my Rome destination for many years to come. I simply cannot wait to visit again. If you're considering Eden and looking among other luxury hotels in Rome - stop. Your search is over. Book the Eden.
