This hotel is in a great location down cobbled streets in a lively, friendly part of Rome. There are many restaurants, coffee shops and boutiques nearby. Our room was spacious and very clean. The bed was comfy and the room had lovely outlook over a courtyard and church in the distance. The only downside is that the nightlife around the hotel is noisy and goes on until the early hours, which is when the street cleaners then come out. Our room was at the back and we were not too disputed at all, but I imagine if you have a room at the front of the hotel it may be different. Breakfast is at a cafe down the road. Its simple, orange juice, coffee and a croissant, but the atmosphere of the cafe is great. We had a great time though and it wouldn't put us off staying here again

I stayed at this disgusting hotel last year and it was the worst experience of my life! The room was tiny and nothing like the photos, the staff were extremely rude AND to top it off their maids stole €200 from our room!! The money was taken and the room was left a mess! I highly recommend that you do NOT book this hotel! I would hate for anyone else to go through what I went through!

Stayed here with my family for 4 days just before Christmas 2019. A great central location just a stone’s throw away from the Piazza Navona but also within walking distance of most of Rome’s top attractions. Some really great coffee spots, shops and restaurants nearby also! Breakfast was average at a restaurant next door but good enough for some basic morning fuel. We were given the top floor superior rooms with one of the rooms having a lovely massive terrace - in summer this would be beautiful. A few setbacks but none that would deter me from returning: on the weekend it gets VERY NOISY outside and so impossible to sleep and then at 4am there’s another wake up call with the rubbish collectors throwing glass bottles into the truck.

I made a booking for a family suite on a non-refundable basis for a 3-night stay in early March. However after my booking because of the outbreak of coronavirus, travel restrictions were imposed. We coming from Hong Kong are to undergo a mandatory quarantine in Italy and another one back in Hong Kong after staying in Italy. This renders our trip to Rome impossible. Thanks to the understanding of the hotel, I’m able to have a full refund. A big thank you to Elisa for her kindness too.

The room was decent.. However.... Larger people beware.... The good... Location, location, location...Close to Navona, Parthenon, Spanish steps, Coliseum Decent room, Towel warmer came in handy. Ok, The rest... When scheduled stay, asked or 2 beds, got 1 bed plus a sofa bed. The bed was very hard, some like it, I didnt, matter of preference... Music in the streets due to bar next door meant restless nights sleep. The shower.. well, it was small entryway into shower. Had to wiggle way into it to get in. No, I am not obese, but larger frame. Same with Elevator.. Me and friend barely fit in elevator at same time.
