This small 'hotel' is perfectly placed for every historical site you wish to visit. .we didn't need to catch a bus or cab anywhere. Ok..we were exhausted at the end of each day but in a good way! Our room (num 3) was large with an enormous super king (I think) and a single..plenty of space and storage plus kettle...

We originally booked on booking.com, however after emailing Liitle Queen directly we booked directly with the hotel. Communication was excellent Sara was extremely helpful. There were three couples all staying in the suites. Great terrace area for breakfast and a late evening drink. We changed rooms after the first night but was told well in advance that we would need...

Booked this hotel as my family wanted the authentic Italian experience and this place seemed to tick all the right boxes. After being greeted at the airport by the hotel's arranged taxi we arrived at the entrance - a mystery green door...the adventure had started already! As many people have already commented, the journey up to the room is less...

Went to the Little Queen Suite in Rome to celebrate a significant landmark birthday of mine and significant anniversaries of friends of mine. We arrived at the hidden ancient looking door that sat opposite the ruins of where Caesar was killed. Suite Little Queen would not be found if you didn't know it was there behind its green ancient door,...

We stayed in this establishment for four nights in early October, and by and large, we had a very pleasant stay. The wait staff was very helpful, courteous, and friendly. The rooms were good size with a very large bathroom. The breakfast was very tasty and plentiful, and the location is ideal, very close to many attractions. On the down...

We stayed during our stay in Rome for a couple of days. The room was brand new, in urban style. The bathroom was big enough. A basic breakfast was served at the back veranda. Wifi wasn't working at all in some rooms. It was very close located to Campo dei fiori and Pantheon.

This hotel is a little gem. It's cute, private has everything you need and located in a perfect position close to all monuments and areas of Rome. Staff were lovely! Room was clean and comfortable request the view over the ruins. Breakfast was ok, no soy or almond milk FYI cereal was bland no muesli or plain yogurt.

The room was comfortable and large. The bedding deluxe. The staff wonderful. The breakfast delicious. The patio perfect. The hotel is near everything ancient, and modern at the same time. We actually popped into the Forum & Coliseum day and night, so close to the Wedding Cake, a hop, skip & jump to the Pantheon, and even walking to the...

The best bit about this B&B is the location. It is possible to walk all of the main sites. Several nice shops, boutiques, and supermarkets around the area. The room and breakfast, and overall accomadation is perfect for coming back and forth during the day as it is very convenient. Breakfast purely continental (same tart and cake all week haha)...

Staying in Ghetto

Neighborhood Profile
Ghetto
The mini-neigborhood Ghetto holds tight to its reputation as a stand-alone area thanks to its nearly 300-year history as the home to Rome’s Jewish community. Times changed in the 20th century, but the tiny area still retains its mix of tradition, community, and history. Ancient and medieval architectural design frames apartments, bakeries, shops, and restaurants. Friends and families are the pulse of the neighborhood, keeping company on the Via del Portico d’Ottavia. The Ghetto observes the traditional Jewish Shabbat: businesses close from Friday sundown to Saturday sundown.
