If Rome is your oyster, then Chapter Roma’s your bedrock. Find us behind an old door in a narrow side street of Regola. We’re not fancy, and we’re not not-fancy.Glamorous and gritty, the hotel’s public spaces are filled with a mix of classic and contemporary art and graffiti to parallel the creative spirit and energy of the famously vibrant neighborhood, with featuring art by Alice,Cyrcle & Warios

We stayed here for 4 nights in Sep 2020. We booked the baby double which was sufficient for our stay and actually a good size. The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. It was inna great location - so close to the Jewish Ghetto and Trastevere. I would definitely return. Thank you for a lovely stay 💕

Initially we had issues looking for a nice hotel in Rome as we prefer modern over old/Barock style. This, we were even more excited to have found the perfect hotel for people like us - modern, clean, super central (walking distance to most places) and most importantly, friendly and competent staff!! While we were upgraded to a junior suite (thank you!) I am sure the normal rooms are as clean and efficiently organized. We also liked that the room can be darkened to almost maximum and there is no noise coming from the street. Definitely coming back again!

We are a new young, sleek, fresh and informal Hotel in the heart of Rome. A place where young couples but also solo travellers can find their home away from home. Lastly I am so glad to read the special mention for our Staff. They are indeed a great asset and your best friends during your stay. Stay tuned for the news to come in the next months. Looking forward to welcoming you back, i remain yours Arrivederci Jacopo Arosio General Manager

Chapter Roma has just been a great choice for a long week-end. I must say I had often been disappointed by the level of hotels in Italy in General. But here in this hotel everything has just been extremely good : - Perfect location, in the middle of the old Jewish area, close to everything ans many restaurants around, river not far - Perfect reception, professional, willing to help - Very clean - Nice room - Great bed - Very Quiet - Very nice & cozy bar with cocktails - Fully furnished mini bar Hotel seems to be fairly new, which may help. I very hardly take the time to write positive feedback, but here I just really wanted to do it. And Rome is really a very nice place to visit ! So thanks !

My husband and I stayed at Hotel Chapter Roma for three nights during our recent trip to Rome. We stayed in Room 210. The rooms were very clean, had a chic interior, and housekeeping came by twice a day (one time in the morning and another in the evening for a "turn down service.") The staff at the front desk was also extremely friendly, attentive, and helpful. I especially liked that they were able to order a cab for you at any time of the day (we took one at 6:30 AM to the Vatican City without any issue) and that taxi was guaranteed to accept credit cards (not all white metered taxis in Rome do!). The reason for the four star rating is that we felt a couple things were missing in a typical four star hotel. First, Room 210 was facing the front and the noise pollution was a big concern. I wear ear plugs to sleep and I could still hear everything from the street which included people, cars, as well as the light rail. The windows were not double paned, but very thin and allowed pretty much all the noise pollution to leak through. They also didn't shut all the way which meant the cold air in the morning crept in. I think the hotel should consider replacing the exterior room windows to address this. Secondly, in relation to the windows, there was only one layer of curtains to cover the windows which meant either forego sunlight all together for privacy, or keep it open but risk people seeing you. Usually hotel windows have a thin white semi-opaque curtain in addition to blackout curtains to solve this issue. Thirdly, there were no tissues in the room which we felt was odd. Fourth, while the toiletries (shampoo/conditioner & body wash) were amazing, body lotion was conspicuously missing. Lastly, you open your room using keys instead of keycards which is fine. But the keys are attached to this beautiful but albeit huge heavy brass keychain. We had to carry the heavy keychain around with us during the entire trip. Despite the keychain being beautiful, it's impractical for travelers. Perhaps the hotel should consider replacing the keychains to something lighter? Despite all of the above concerns, I would consider staying at Chapter Roma again because the location was great. But I would only consider doing so if I was guaranteed a room in the interior away from the noise pollution.

Room Tip: Rooms on the exterior are extremely noisy. Ask for a room in the interior if you're a light...

Dear Guests, my apologies first of all for my late reply but for some reason the website was showing that all reviews had been answered. Thanks for the detailed suggestions about the Hotel. Some we are already aware of and will be addressed accordingly. For example a new soap and body cream from LA Bruket will be available very soon in all rooms. In regards to the key holder, it was made for all Guests to return it to reception so that we could interact during your stay. Obviously you can keep with you but agree with you that maybe it is not the lightest. Please take note of my name and should you decide to come back to Chapter Roma, make sure you drop me an email and I'll make sure you will be assigned a very quiet room. Looking forward to welcoming you back, I send my best regards Jacopo Arosio General Manager
