Just steps away from the chaos of the center, Prati is the closest Rome gets to calm. Meticulously planned in a neat grid, quite unlike neighboring Borgo, Prati is a local favorite for its aesthetic organization and wide streets lined with a range of boutiques for every shopping fantasy. Nonnis pushing baby carriages and gossiping teens own every inch of the sidewalk, but that’s only during business hours. Once the sun sets, quirky sidestreet bars celebrate aperitivo hour, those evening cocktails that help wash away the tensions of Roman life.

We stayed here for a few nights , the guesthouse is very nice and well located, clean and not too expensive. On our last day Ariana took care of us and she went out of her way helping us with a trouble we had the day before in the underground. And what impressed us was that she could speak fluently the greek language and we had no problems of communication. What a such surprise, congratulation again, it's nice to see such good and valid people at our service when we are abroad. thank you!

My family of 8 stayed in 2 separate rooms. Plenty of space and kid friendly. Area is very safe! The manager, Massimo, was very accommodating and very helpful with all our request, especially in setting up transportation from and to the airport. He was always a phone call away. The hotel is walking distance to many great eateries and a couple of blocks from the Vatican. A taxi stand is right in front and the metro station is at the corner, very convenient. The name says hotel but it's more like a B&B. Each room does have it's own bathroom. Don't look for a hotel front, there is no check in desk. You call when you arrive and they meet you there to let you in. Overall experience was very good.

when we enter the room it was so smelly, yhe blankets are smelly too & there's a dust everywhere, I complain immediately & wanted to cancel the booking for our 2nd day, staff are friendly but the its really a mess to stay there.on our first morning a staff there open our room when we're still sleeping ams she apologize bec. she said nobody anymore in the room, on our second day somebody knocking on our door & when I opened up the owner is asking us if we want a breakfast which is optional if you want but still we dont have privacy, out last day at around 8 pm we cant sleep anymore because of the noise coming from the voice of the people outside.so in short it's a disaster to stay there.

Our room was extremely clean, very cute, and well-maintained. You really can't beat the location, right next to the Ottaviano Metro stop, and a 10 minute walk to St. Peter's, plus the affordability of the place. The breakfast was actually quite good, I had been worried that it would just be toast, but you can request a cappucino, or americano or juice, and they get you a nice pastry from downstairs, and a yogurt. The staff was very friendly and helpful! We would definitely go back.

the Hotel is located just a few hundred meters from the Vatican just outside the most touristcrowded streets and areas. There is friendly people, good restaurants and also for breakfast. The breakfast is not recommended on the b&b. The rooms are very nice, so is the staff workong there and since they dont have a reception and only 5 rooms in the apartment its also very relaxing. Worth every penny if you want a clean and nice place to sleep with AC while exploring a great city.
