My boy-friend and I stayed at this beautiful hotel last September. This cozy hotel with modern design is located just 10 minutes walk from Termini station near the theater in a very nice and safe area. Rooms are of a good size, super clean. Front desk employees provide you with excellent customer service and are super friendly and ready to...

Customer service is excellent and great food recommendation by the front desk. Room is small ( could be a norm in Rome ) but very clean. Love the vending machines and self help laundry room. Great breakfast but same food everyday.

We enjoyed 9 lovely nights in this 4-star, contemporary hotel where staff and management have thought of everything to make a weary traveler feel very special. Convenient location just steps away from the central transportation hub (train, metro, bus, taxi) yet in a safe, nice part of the city with numerous restaurants and stores. The staff are exceptionally pleasant, knowledgeable...

My husband and I stayed in this hotel with our son ( under 2). Quick and easy check-in, very friendly staff, clean and spacious room ( exactly what we needed with a toddler who has far too much energy!) with good air conditioning. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice - extra points for fresh orange juice and high chairs...

I have stayed in many hotels in Rome over the last 30 years, always going for what appeared to be an authentic period style hotel in a beautiful building, and for the most part, these hotels were fine in their way, but always found the decor or furniture somewhat dated and worn. If you want a modern hotel that is...

For our mini honey moon straight after our wedding my partner surprised me with a trip to Rome and a stay at The IQ Hotel. Such nice clean new facilities with everything a modern couple could require. Smart televisions and free use of the safe. There was some minor renovations ongoing in the main lobby during our stay and the...

Even before our arrival, the IQ Hotel helped us with arranging transportation from the airport, as well as the return when we left. The staff were very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Because they were having some work done in the lobby (didn't really bother us), they upgraded one of our rooms and gave us a gift tin of...

I agree with all positive review posted here. This is a lovely hotel, modern design, close by walking distance to everything in Rome. Room are comfortable, breakfast are excellent, nice rooftop with a bar and serving light snack. Staff, all of them, let you feel you are a valuable customer. Staying in Esquilino

Neighborhood Profile
Esquilino
Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only way to describe the Esquilino neighborhood. The Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s famous seven hills. From an ancient neighborhood to its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub, Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up basketball games. Look around you: this area isn’t like the historic center. Liberty architecture, large piazzas, and long boulevards mix with archaic arches, secret side alleys, and beautiful churches like Santa Maria Maggiore.

IQ is a 4-star hotel, with a twist! Located in downtown Rome, just a short 15 minute walk from the Trevi Fountain or the Colosseum and with Repubblica metro station just 200 metres away, hotels don't get much central than this. IQ guests enjoy free Wi-Fi connection throughout the hotel, a lovely terrace where to unwind overlooking the Opera House, and free access to our gym and sauna. We believe in tailor-made hospitality, so there are vending machines in virtually every floor, where you can buy yourself a bottle of wine, a pack of crisps, a tooth-brush or even an umbrella (not that you'll need it often!), All at very competitive prices.
