La Maison dell' Orologio is a hidden gem in Rome. The location is perfect, close enough to all of the sights, but far away enough from the touristic crowds. The Piazza Navona room where we stayed is a classic slice of Rome. Large, comfortable, and well decorated, but with the comfort of air-conditioning, good sized bathroom and good wi-fi. An... More

La Maison dell'Orologio is a perfect B&B! To start, ahead of our trip we contacted them with a request to drop off luggage if our room wasn't ready and to get travel advice on getting from the train station to their location. They were willing to hold our luggage while we explored the city our first day, although when we... More

We didn't originally plan to book here but our other hotel had double booked so Expedia moved us to here and I'm so glad they did. Fabrizio and Michelle were such incredible hosts and couldn't be more helpful or welcoming. Their level of English and local knowledge was very useful when Italian is a struggle. We had the Piazza Navona... More

Perfect location, great staff, great breakfast, large room, nice bathroom. We would stay again. We could almost see the Castleo Angelo from the front door, close to Vatican and all other sites, just a little difficult to find, but worth it. Great restaurants nearby..

We spent a long-week-end at this great B&B. Location is fantastic: just minutes away from Tevere, Castel Sant'angelo, Piazza Navona..... The B&B has only three rooms. We got the larger one ("Piazza Navona" suite), very spacious, recently renewed, with two windows facing the small, quiet street, a sofa, a large bed, a nice bathroom. Wi-fi is free, fast and with... This B&B is part of an Italian Palazzo (not the exact meaning of the word palace as in English) with only three rooms. The lady in charge, Michelle, is delightful. The rooms smell lovely and very clean. Toileteries are also given. Location is very close to Piazza Navona, the Pantheon and the Vatican (all reached on foot). I had an... More

once you have booked you get a personalized mail from the hosts with the most important information - a great start. The location is perfect; we walked to Piazza Navona, Pantheon,Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Vatican, Trastevere and shopping streets. The bus stop is max 2 minutes away. The streets around the hotel are safe and pictoresque, with little restaurants, bars... More

We spent our first 3 nights here. Charming B&B with an excellent location (walking distance to the pantheon, piazza navona, vatican city and campo di'fiori). The rooms are tastefully furnished, quiet and the service was excellent. Great breakfast too. We will definitely book a room there again if we head back to rome.

This charming small B&B is in a excellent location, just steps from Piazza Navona, Castel Sant'Angelo and the Tiber and the Via Giulia, in the center of Renaissance and Baroque papal Rome. There is full independence High courtesy The rooms relatively small but elegant and comfortable, great bed, good breakfast and, if desired, plenty. Discreet service and excellent.
