I had a very good experience at the Roma Trasteverina. Giorgio was very helpful. The rooms are small, clean and comfortable. The location is great in the Trasterveria section and close to trams. I would stay here again.
Giorgio was a great host! He met me during check-in and provided many recommendations on restaurants and the area as a whole. Before even coming to Rome, he was very responsive and helpful arranging transportation for the airport. Would definitely stay again next time I...More
The room was very private, clean and quiet. I would not hesitate to stay here again in the lovely Trastevere neighborhood. Giorgio recommended great places to eat and we easily walked over the lovely old bridge and to the Coliseum, as well as the local...More
Giorgio was so helpful I could not believe it. He was extremely accommodating and thoughtful. I had a great stay in every way. Great value for the money. Great location in Trastevere. Easy walking distance to many locations and lots of great local food.

Trastevere ("beyond the Tiber") is like a faded postcard, a little worn around the edges but still charming. With its wide-open piazzas, meandering streets, weathered Renaissance buildings, and overgrown personality, it's become an irresistible mecca for visitors. Trastevere is an enclave of entertainment - a rotating set of street performers entertains almost every night, and unforgettable
eateries and bars pepper its piazzas and side streets. For a trip to the past, visit the southern and western flanks of Trastevere for pockets of yesteryear, less traversed areas with a residual 1960s and 70s Roman vibe.
