The friendly owner came to the apartment and met us in the evening after we had called his mobile phone. There was no reception at the B&B. He showed us to the apartment, gave us keys and answered to all our questions. The actual reception is a block away in another B&B (possibly from same owner it seemed), where we...

Very sattisfied with the room, very comfortable and clean. The most convenient location right next to Termini station where you can reach every spot by all means of transport, even short walking dictance to Colosseum and other attractions. Would go back again

Greeted by the owner, Mr Federico, a friendly boss upon check-in in the late evening. Spacey room and toilet. Got the first room on the left near to main entrance - need 20 min to get hot water from shower, shaky bed all the night (thought an earthquake) when someone is using the lift. Do not expect much on breakfast...

The guesthouse has a great location - just near Termini. That's why the building shakes from time to time, I believe it is just above the Metro lines, so don't get scared)) The host was nice to stay a little bit overschedule to meet us, as our flight was postponed and we arrived later than planned. She was very friendly...

The guesthouse is just a few minutes from the Termini station. We arrived by the airport shuttle bus and was literally just 2 blocks away. We left by train again only a 2 minute walk. We had a small issue finding it though due to no large guest house sign however on the door of the building we found the...

    Staying in Esquilino

    Neighborhood Profile
Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only way to describe the Esquilino neighborhood. The Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s famous seven hills. From an ancient neighborhood to its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub, Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up basketball games. Look around you: this area isn’t like the historic center. Liberty architecture, large piazzas, and long boulevards mix with archaic arches, secret side alleys, and beautiful churches like Santa Maria Maggiore.
