The hotel is very good located. It's around 2 minutes from Termini station,so really easy to find. My room was small, but cosy and quiet. Everything was clean, service was cleaning every day. For this price really good place to stay. It's 15 minutes on foot to Colosseo. In fact, you don't have to use public transport to visit the most...

This hotel was a great find for us. It is located about 200m from Roma termini Rail station. So, you can just walk in with your luggage. The actual name of the hotel is ALBERGO BERGAMO though. Location is on the main street, Via Gioberti. It was our first visit to Europe and Rome was the first destination. So, we...

Hotel is pretty good overall! Hard to find though, on second floor of multi-business complex with no sign. 2 min walk to termini statiom which was its best feature, easy to access sights etc. Clean bathrooms and rooms. VERY noisy, lots of traffic and people talking/fighting in the streets at night/early morning. Wifi not accessible in rooms, only in corridoor....

I would alert all the fellow travelers: when you make your booking on the site of this hotel, they do not mention that ALL THEIR TARIFFS ARE NON REFUNDABLE. You will find that out only when you have to cancel and have your card charged with support of booking.com system to the full amount of your booking. This way I...

Hotel Bergamo is well located, very close to Termini station and all means of transport. It is located at the 2nd floor of a building with many other hotels. We didn't spend many time in hotel, so we didn't expect very much from it, but it didn't look so bad. At night there was a bit noisy as the room...

We didn't spend much time at the room but we have to say that it was very clean. The cleaner was cleaning the room every morning. The people at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. Although our room was next to the reception, it was quiet. I recommend this hotel for a few days trip to Rome because it...

This hotel is on second floor so you need to keep eyes peeled for sign. You go in through glass doors and up lift. The manager is on-call so no problem with contact. Basically its a few rooms which have own bathrooms- all dated but for the money,a bargain for a night. Weird decor but spotlessly white bedding and very...

1. Free WiFi is only at the reception area NOT in the rooms; rooms that are located next to reception area only are lucky enough to get that piece of WiFi! 2. Location is great! Just a road across the Termini Station and surrounded by good restaurants, mini supermarkets, McD, souvenir shops; 3. Attractions: - 4minutes walk to the church...

It is located near to bus and metro station, which is extremely convenient. Not the best part of the city, but only after 23.00 and nothing bad really happened. Perfectly clean though and every day fresh towels.

Staying in Esquilino

Neighborhood Profile
Esquilino
Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only way to describe the Esquilino neighborhood. The Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s famous seven hills. From an ancient neighborhood to its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub, Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up basketball games. Look around you: this area isn’t like the historic center. Liberty architecture, large piazzas, and long boulevards mix with archaic arches, secret side alleys, and beautiful churches like Santa Maria Maggiore.
