For the price, the hotel is located really close to Termini station, Fontana di Trevi, Villa Borghese and Piazza Venezia. We went everywhere by foot (except Trastevere). It took us about 15 minutes to get to Termini and Fontana di Trevi and around 25 minutes to Piazza Venezia. Since public transportation is not very good in Rome, it was super... More

I booked the hotel through a travel agency and selected it based on the good reviews and because the breakfast was included. It also offered free wifi which I needed for work. When my child and I arrived around 8.00 pm we were given a small bedroom with a queen bed in the older part of the hotel, rather than... More

My partner and I went for our very first holiday together and stayed here. The room was not what we expected at all, but lets face it we were in ROME!!!!!!!! We weren't planning on spending all that much time in the hotel. The staff were all very polite but particularly the reception staff. They were absolutely fantastic and I... More

Good location, a short walk from Termini Railway station. Good area with lots of restaurants, some of them quite good. Price - if booked on time - reasonable, considering location and spacious and (at least ours) refurbished rooms. But... the whole place (corridors, entrance, stairway) shows dilapidation and lack of maintenance, in contract to most buildings in that rather elegant... More

We stayed at this bnb for four days. Our room was great, and it had everything we needed. Tv, air conditioning, safe, hair dryer, even a small fridge!! The room was cleaned daily. All the staff were very polite. The location was great, and if we didn't feel like walking bus stop was 1 minute from here! Only problem was... More

Staying in Ludovisi / Via Veneto

Neighborhood Profile
Ludovisi / Via Veneto
Thanks to Fellini and La Dolce Vita, the Ludovisi and Via Veneto neighborhood earned its reputation as a posh area where gorgeous Marcellos wooed actresses and models while bored housewives hung out in streetside cafes. The cafes are still there, and so are the cocktails, but the neighborhood is now home to five-star businesses including hotels, banks, law firms, and embassies. The area is also right next to Villa Borghese, a beautiful park for sporting and cultural adventures. If you're looking for tranquility by night, this may be the place: Ludovisi and Veneto tend to shut down after 8pm.
