We were looked after so well by Raul & Co during our short stay for the rugby international. Perfect location, only a short walk from The Vatican and Castel St Angelo.
Very reasonably priced also.
I highly HIGHLY recommend.
In recent years this is the only place we stay in Rome because we love the location, the clean and simple rooms, the value, and the people. Raul is always smiling and helpful as your host, and Mario is greeting you each morning with a...More
First of all, the staff is very very kind and available. On my arrival day there would be nobody on the building's reception and Raul contacted me to know my arrival time so he could be there.

Raul was very interested and friendly, also Mario too. We're satisfied regarding their service and hospitality. This was not a hotel, it's like a home. It's so close to Vatican. You can go everywhere by foot. Breakfast was not amazing but it's enough.
We stayed three nights and we enjoyed it very much. The location is perfect and Raoul very friendly and helpful. The rooms are nice and clean. Very good value for the money. We can fully recommend this b&b.

Just steps away from the chaos of the center, Prati is the closest Rome gets to calm. Meticulously planned in a neat grid, quite unlike neighboring Borgo, Prati is a local favorite for its aesthetic organization and wide streets lined with a range of boutiques for every shopping fantasy. Nonnis pushing baby carriages and gossiping teens own every inch of the sidewalk, but that’s only during business hours. Once the sun sets,
quirky sidestreet bars celebrate aperitivo hour, those evening cocktails that help wash away the tensions of Roman life.
