Great location, clean, excellent staff. Home away from home. I think first time it may be hard to find so if possible use airport transfer. Also the wifi is a bit unpredictable . Very reasonable price too

Breakfast in room was the ONLY plus point. When we arrived there was no power so had to carry our luggage 40kgs up 5 floors. They hardly speak...

Location is ideal, about a 10 minute walk from the Colosseo heart of the city Bedroom was spotlessly clean Service was outstanding (we asked if we could have the balcony room, they had us in there within 20 minutes) Breakfast was very good, fresh and something for everyone. It was almost perfect, the only thing I would advise would be...

Our host was very accomodating in every respect. The place was always very clean. The breakfast was amazing. Coffee excellent. There was so much that we made sandwiches out of the leftovers every day. The lady at the front desk was very sweet and willing to help with all our questions.

My wife and I recently stayed for 3 nights at this wonderful B&B 10 minutes walk from the Colosseum. The room was spotlessly clean as was the bathroom. It is close to public transport (the 81 bus at the end of the street is great for getting into the historic centre and the Vatican) and the Colosseo and San Giovanni...
