We had a lovely stay in this hotel. It is above a pharmacy right in the centre of Rome. We could easily walk to Trevi fountain and colloseum and piazza Navrona and Pantheon. Rooms are very comfortable and clean. We would definitely stay again.

Had a wonderful 4 day stay at this small B&B in the centre of Rome. The B&B is situated on Via del Corso & is about a 30 minute walk from Termini station. Our room overlooked the main street, but there was no traffic noise in the room. All the main tourist sites were within easy walking distance. Room was...

Caterina made our stay in Rome so memorable - she could not have made us more welcome. She was a real authority on what there was to see and do in the city. Nothing was too much trouble, Caterina even booked our train tickets to Naples. It is situated just off Via Corso making it very central. Our room was...

We had everything we needed for a family get together, without a huge lobby, and in a perfect location Rome. The help in where to go, how to get there, was excellent, and given with a smile by all involved. Everything worked, breakfast was just what we needed. Hope to go back again.

La Papessa is very well located on the Via del Corso and within walking distance of most sites. It is very close to the Trevi Fountain. The hosts are always helpful and make very good continental breakfasts. The rooms are spacious and well equipped.

La Papessa is perfectly positioned in the middle of Via del Corso, which despite being Rome's main street, is quiet at night. All of Rome's main attractions are within walking distance. Staying there is like staying in a clean and comfortable Roman home, with gracious and helpful hosts.Breakfast isn't bad either.

Staying in Trevi

Neighborhood Profile
A non-stop photo and souvenir opportunity, Trevi is all about action. From early morning through the wee hours, the piazza surrounding Trevi Fountain hosts a never-ending flow of tourists hoping to make a wish or take a selfie. Clever restaurants, charming gelaterias, uncanny bars, kitsch shops, and a range of hotels make up the local landscape. Beneath the bustle are the remains of an ancient neighborhood that you can visit by heading over to a repertoire cinema and asking for a peek underground. There is something for everyone, but if peace and quiet are what you seek, plan to visit in the early morning hours.
