Amaaazing stay!!! Such friendly reception. Beautiful room. Thank you!!!!!! We were very lucky they had a room free. We found this through the Telegraph on line article for best budget hotels in Rome. In fact, this was a real luxury just steps from Piazza Spagna. 5 star!!!

The hotel is located next to the Spanish Steps in Rome in a very live area which has a lot of restaurants, gelato and next to the shopping street of Via Dei Condotti.
The suites are spacious with nice classic decorations and large bathroom.

We were told by AMEX this place was "luxury". Nothing could be further from the truth. Small room, No common space, no breakfast...they told us to walk a quarter mile to a sister hotel where there was a decent buffet. The staff was no help when we complained.
Way overpriced, tho

Hi there, can your junior suit fit two adults and two young children please? I understand an extra bed can be added into this room. Please kindly confirm. Thank you!
it'd be a really tight fit, but if the hotel can make it work, just climb over the beds to get around.

Hi there. I am thinking of booking the top floor room. How many flights of stairs do I have to climb? Also, I am 6 feet tall and concerned about hitting my head on the beautiful wood beams. Should I worry about that? Is there anything else I need to know about the hotel or this particular room?
Dear 238Davian, Our rooftop suite does have a slanted roof in the bedroom and if you prefer higher ceilings I would recommend you look at our other suites at Mario de'Fiori or at our sister properties Margutta 54 and Babuino 181. All our boutique hotels are located in the Piazza di Spagna area. Best regards, Alberto Moncada General Manager

could you please email us back with rates and availability for 5 nights starting Monday, November 23, 2015 and checking out on Saturday, November 28 on all rooms available. Also, is there a lift? If not, are there any rooms with no stairs?? Are there rooms with just one set of stairs?? Thank you!
Dear Mrs. Debra, You can check availability and reserve rooms directly from our site. We have a lift and some rooms are without steps. Best Regards Staff at RLS

Hi There, Can't see a price on the website, did anyone used the private pick-up from the airport and could anyone tell me how much it cost? Many thanks, Jon
Hi Jon, we used the private pick up a month ago when we visited - great service which you book through the hotel & then pay the driver directly (60 Euro each way). Chap who collected us on arrival waited around an hour and a half for us as our flight was a bit late coming in & we took a while through passport control. The hotel is "at your service" & more than happy to help with any additional assistance including booking guided tours (if you wish) - just send them an email and they will get back to you. Enjoy!!!

Greetings. I have just booked the junior suite in the Mario de Fiori 37. Did you stay in a Junior Suite and if so, do you remember your room number? Did you have corner windows? Thanks for your help.
Hi Cecilia, We were on the first floor in room no 102 with a view down onto Via Mario de Fiori (we had no corner windows onto Via Della Croce). The suite was lovely - very neat, modern, well designed & decorated and had everything you need for a comfortable stay. The staff were excellent during our visit. I just LOVED roaming the cobblestone streets. It is also a perfect location for walking - there is so much to see in and around the area with some awesome shops. Just around the corner is a great place called Pompi for gelato. I would definitely stay here again!!! You can also let me know if you need anything else:) Enjoy!!! Regards Jenny
