Had a really lovely stay here when visiting Rome for sightseeing and rugby. The room was spacious good facilities for b&b and loved the location near coliseum the beautiful shuttered windows and lovely cafes and bars nearby. Easy access to metro and did all the sightseeing we could. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will look again at this venue for...

Myself and my partner stayed from October 31st to November 3rd and we met up with my parents and sister while there. Fabrizio was a lovely, friendly man who stayed in contact with us via WhatsApp from our arrival at the airport- which was very helpful and kind of him! The accommodation was clean and comfortable and a fantastic location!...

Arrived for a short break from the cold shores of the UK. After a very confusing arrival at the airport, we were dropped in a little road directly opposite the colosseum. Having never been to Rome (or Italy) before and only ever seeing the Colosseum in books or movies, here we were. Staying right next to it! Goosebumps... We were...

We were in a building round corner from the main bb. Had read that this may be the case so not a problem, it was a nice nice building, room etc. Contacted owner via the b and b own website prior to arriving then phoned him when we arrived and he met us within 10 mins. He stored our luggage...

I stayed at this place with my boyfriend, we chose it because of the good reviews and because it was in front of the Colosseum... The room was dirty, under the bed was full of dust, the tea cups were dirty, probably still the ones used by the precedent customers. The bed was really uncomfortable. Could hear a lot of...

I must remeber you it arrived after the normal breakfast time.Morover we remeber you...

Our stay in Rome celebrating my partners' birthday was a wonderful holiday. The B&B was so lovely and perfect location for all of the main attractions (especially the Colosseum) restaurants, bars, train station (Termini and Metro) etc and what a bonus to have the view of the Colosseum from your accommodation. Fabrizio was so good with communication even while he...

I went to Rome for my anniversary. I booked this b&b for the location as it is near to everything. We arrived at the b&b and Fabrizio was there awaiting our arrival. He had booked us into the apartment he owns nearby, which was fantastic as we were still close to the attractions but at night the apartment was quiet....

I always review places I have been and always like to think I give an honest review and this is what I intend to do here. Firstly the location of the actual B&B is fabulous; a 2 min walk to the coliseum. As many others who have reviewed this accommodation however, we were one of the ones who were told...

Arrived at the hotel and rang Fabrizio who arrived to the hotel as soon as he could (organising beforehand the delay to our flight and our estimate arrival),he then showed us to our room and gave us all the information we needed! Rooms are located in the best area as everything is in walking distance! Colleseum, Forum, Piazza Navona, Trevi...

Clean, convenient, safe and reasonably priced accommodation with free wifi. Booked online through Expedia so paid for room on arrival. Staff directed us 3 blocks away to an additional apartment under same management. They also arranged transportation to the airport the following day which was so convenient, the driver was polite and very helpful, the vehicle immaculate. Would stay there...

“I had the only room with a balcony, great, even the wifi works there. the bathroom was outside, but belongs only to this room, what is very comfortable because the room can also be used by two people. And it is really quiet, the bar below is not noisy.”
