I went here for 2 days with a friend. We stayed in the wonderful Pantheon decorated room. We slept well on the good beds, the bathroom was clean and nice. The B&B is well located; only a 5 minute walk from Trastevere trainstation, which makes the transfer from Fiumincino very easy: only 30 minutes from the airport to the B&B!... More

After arriving by train to Trastevere from the airport and walking a bit we were surprised by this lovely building and then our discovery of this quaint B&B. Marco welcomed us and gave us the scoop on getting around Rome and where to go first. He couldn't have been more accomodating and breakfast was wonderful! We purchased the Roma Pass,... More

Marco was getting married on our first day here - but he still found time to pop in and say hello to us. Such is his attention to his clients. The location is excellent - fairly quiet, but near Trastevere station (for Fiumicino airport and other places) and with two very useful tram routes on the doorstep. The suites are... More

Let me start by saying I have no negatives. If you're looking at this B&B just stay here, you won't find better. Marco, the host, is excellent. He is attentive and very kind. Upon our arrival he sat us down and talked through the public transport in Rome and how to get to the most popular tourist sites easiest. I... More

First of all, Marco - who becomes a friend - is really really efficient and helpful. Replies fast. Room I was in huge and well furnished. Much bigger and nicer than an hotel room, and cheaper. Breakfasts ample and great. And as the conference I was at had poor expensive food Marco did not mind that I took fruit and... More

We chose this B&B based on location and the high ratings. We were dropping off our daughter to John Cabot University in the Trastevere neighborhood of Rome. It is very conveniently located to the train station as well as tram and bus lines. The rooms were absolutely lovely and immaculate. But what truly sets this property apart is the obvious... More

A great experience. Before arriving Marco emailed to confirm and was so friendly. We arrived late on a flight from Scotland and were met by Roberto who was great at explaining the b&b, maps and directions to places we were going during our stay. We stayed in the Trevi fountain room with a lovely mural of said Roman landmark. The... More

8 tram stops from Rome central at €12.50 for 48hrs of unlimited travel, that included rail as well, the convenience and ambience was perfect for us. Immaculate room with floor to ceiling murals of scenes, as if you are looking out of the original Colosseum at the countryside. Air conditioning, small fridge, shutters that let in fresh air or when... More

Marco the owner and Elena who helped him were amazing and down to earth. We get a very helpful list of what to see and do and abut transportation to places of interest. The tramline 8 is just two minutes walk from the B&B which will take you through Trastevere which is absolutely charming and to the centr of Rome. The... More

My wife and I had a fabulous stay at the Suites Trastavere. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive (thanks to both Marco and Helena), the room was very nice and unique (we stayed in the Pantheon Suite), and the continental-style breakfast was very tasty (I loved those little dessert cakes that were akin to Italian twinkies :-)) Marco was...
