8 tram stops from Rome central at €12.50 for 48hrs of unlimited travel, that included rail as well, the convenience and ambience was perfect for us. Immaculate room with floor to ceiling murals of scenes, as if you are looking out of the original Colosseum at the countryside. Air conditioning, small fridge, shutters that let in fresh air or when... More

Marco the owner and Elena who helped him were amazing and down to earth. We get a very helpful list of what to see and do and abut transportation to places of interest. The tramline 8 is just two minutes walk from the B&B which will take you through Trastevere which is absolutely charming and to the centr of Rome. The... More

My wife and I had a fabulous stay at the Suites Trastavere. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive (thanks to both Marco and Helena), the room was very nice and unique (we stayed in the Pantheon Suite), and the continental-style breakfast was very tasty (I loved those little dessert cakes that were akin to Italian twinkies :-)) Marco was... This is an excellent location with good access to public transport. Rooms very comfortable and a nice touch with the art work. Best of all was the responsiveness and friendliness of owner and staff. Marco answered all our emails prior to arrival and his staff Helena and Irena served up a great breakfast and answered all our questions around sightseeing... More

Charming, charming, charming! This is the best adjective that can be applied to Suites Trastevere. Charming location -- Trastevere is a perfect neighborhood to stay, as it is close enough to all the tourist attractions (Tram line 8 is a step away and also the Trastevere Train Station is a 5-10 minute walk), yet it feels "real", full of little... We just got back from our stay in Rome and having spent a combined six nights at Suites Trastevere. This was a great find and from the moment Elena greeted us on our arrival we knew we had found a great place. She was so very welcoming and friendly, knew we were tired from our long flight and immediately prepared... More

We spent three days in Rome. This B&B was the perfect place for our visit! Marco was informative, welcoming, and made our stay very comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast space and all the amenities that were available 24 hours a day. Our room was beautiful with hand painted walls and very clean. We were close to all public transportation. Marco... More

Very clean and comfortable suite. Marco is a wonderful host and gave us invaluable information about the area. Tram into the center is across the road . Felt like home with a fully equipped kitchen full of goodies and we were lucky enough to taste some delicious home made cakes!

If like us you have been looking for a good place to stay in Rome, and constantly been dissapointed, then look no further. This is a great place to stay, more than a B&B. Less than 5 minutes from train station, 2 minutes to tram stop. Perfect location. 4 stops away on tram are good places to eat. 8 stops to centre of Rome. Fast train (2 stops) to Vatican city. 8 stops to Fiumicino airport. Marco, Helena and Irena (I think) were...
