As a traveling US family, we wanted to stay at unique boutique hotels to add to our overall experience. We were greeted eagerly by Layla who made us feel like family and was extremely pleasant to our toddler. The décor is unique as you have a very modern, goth yet historic like feeling. Our room was very spacious compared to... More

We had a lovely stay here Aug 2014. Very warm welcome from Layla. Very nice unusual style room with high ceilings and beautifully decorated. Felt very secure and looked after while we were here. Loved the old mixed with the new, it was very unusual and a pleasant surprise. Very very clean (which to me is the most important) and... More

We stayed for a few nights a while ago and this is our report: The good: - not *too* far from the popular sites like The Spanish Steps, Pantheon, Piazza Navona and Trevi Fountain. I mean, you can walk it. - not too terribly expensive -There is a pretty nice, deep "make out" couch. The not so good: -Hot water... More

What do the following observations tell you? 1. When we arrived we noticed that the common area had a very different layout than the one pictured on the website. We asked about that. “Oh yes,” was the response, “That was a picture of our old location, not this one. We’ve been here about a year.” 2. We had booked the... More

For a short stay in the centre of the historic areas of Rome, this is an excellent place to stay. We had just three nights here to cram in as much as possible and our stay here enhanced the trip no end. It is right in the thick of old cobbled streets, pretty piazzas, plenty of restaurants/bars/gelatos/cafés, less than 5... More

My husband and I have just come back from a three night stay in this B&B, and our first time in Rome. We always like to make the most of our city breaks and really pack in the sights so this B&B was perfect for us as the location was ideal (right in the centre - we didn't once use... More

The room we were in at this tiny B & B featured modernist furniture which put our shins and ankles at risk as we moved around. The plumbing in the bathroom was fascinatingly homemade, with fake snakeskin covers to drainage tubes which had obviously been added after the total failure of the old plumbing. It was worth staying there just... More

The Baghirova in Rome is the perfect location for guests who want to see the city on foot. The Pantheon and Piazza Navona can be reached in less time than it takes to eat a gelato. One has to only open one's eyes to see something beautiful. Room "B" was pristine clean and the bed was very comfortable. The closet... More

We travelled as two couples so together pratically booked out the 3 room b&b. Leyla was lovely when we arrived, and she was very helpful, recommending places to eat, what to wear to the Vatican, and booking us a taxi to the airport for departure. The rooms were clean, a few small things showed wear and tear, like a rip... More

My husband and I sadly stayed at this hotel. We had a very bad experience. CONS 1.) The toilet had an old way of flushing. There was a sign posted over the toilet that read that the toilet clogged easily and that if it clogged she would have to pay 200 euros. See the attached picture. We were extremely careful... More

Staying in Navona / Pantheon / Campo de’ Fiori

Neighborhood Profile
Navona / Pantheon / Campo de’ Fiori
With three of Rome’s most beloved piazzas within a five-minute walk of each other, the Navona/Pantheon/Campo area may be the prettiest and most picturesque area of the city. Join the beautiful throngs hanging out in cafes, boutiques, art galleries, and wine bars, or peek at a neighborhood museum or monument. If you want nonstop movida, the streets here are busy with chic bicyclists and Vespa drivers, street vendors, merchants, and locals.
